Went in for a trade in, and an employee named Charles took care of me. It was one of the best experiences that I've had at a GameStop. A lot of it had to do with how passionate Charles was about the job. I'd recommend this location to everyone.

This is a well organized and managed store. The staff almost always greets you when you enter.They are very knowledgeable and work very hard in satisfying the customer. The staff is very honest and answer questions with a great deal of patience. The store is clean well let and has conveint hours of operation. The selection of games both new and used is very solid. They have a large amount of gaming units and accessories. Attend!!!!

Staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have gone out of their way to help me bundle the things I want to purchase to save money without obnoxious hard sells. The store always seems to amaze me with their generous hours, especially around holidays. Easy location and parking from Evanston. It is what I want from a retail video game store.

I came to gamestop to buy a PlayStation 4 for my grandson. Avendah was so patient and friendly when it came to answering all of my questions. She recommended several different titles for my grandson based on his interests, and she seems passionate about what she does. GameStop has earned a new fan.
