We paid for long term planning, but didn't get services in line with the specifics of our situation. It was a disappointment.

Paul Lechner sent an email to which he responded with my name misspelled. Not big deal to which I corrected him. I then went to his office for meeting to which he continues to say my name incorrectly 3 separate times, each time correcting the pronunciation. Please keep in mind I have a very common 3 syllable name. After the 4th time it happened, I had to leave. To me, that shows no attention to detail or professionalism and that is what is crucial when retaining an attorney for estate purposes. He also tried to awkwardly elbow bump me on the way out because of covid.
