Went here for the first time and had a really great experience. My haircut and style was exactly what I wanted. I also had my eyebrows touched up and they were perfect. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be going back!

Sandie is the best here! She’s attentive and great at replicating what I want when I show her a photo of someone else’s haircut I like!

Great Cut! Great place!

I went in today to get ombre done to my hair. I showed Marina 3 recent pictures of myself with the ombre I was looking for. She ended up dying my whole head blonde to the point where it didn’t even look like I got it done. She left my roots darks so it looks like it’s growing out. You can also see that the blonde bled and was not properly done. To add, she started with a dry cut and never finished the cut.

During my session she asked me what toner I used the last time. Normally the hair stylist should know what toner based on the picture. I showed her the pictures again and explained that it’s a warm color. It was as if she didn’t know what she was doing. When I called out that it wasn’t what I wanted at all and pointed out the bleeding of the blonde she said that “it’s just the light.”

Normally it takes me about 1.5-2 hours to get my hair done. I was at the salon for 3 hours and at the end I wanted to cry. To add, she told me I had to pay her for her service and that I can’t leave without paying. I asked for an itemized receipt to see how much the color, toner, etc was. She was trying to charge me $250 for an unfinished job. She not only never finished the job, she said that she “picks the prices”. When I asked for a manager she said she was the manager. She offered to fix it but I did not want to ruin my hair even more.

If you’re doing highlights/ombre go to a color specialist. I’m sure the other hairstylists are great, based on what I saw.
