Forever 21

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PAIR OF COMBAT BOOT, it looks amazing and I’ve gotten so much compliments on it ❤

Came in today and was helped by Store Supervisor (I believe his name was Wilson) and also a young lady that helped me locate a purse. I’d didn’t catch her name, but they both were extremely helpful and had really pleasant attitudes! Thanks so much for the help today guys! I drove all the way from Indiana so the effort they both gave meant a lot to me! :)

Always a pleasure to go there. The place is big and nice. I usually order online and have surprises when I receive it because it usually looks totally different on me! However, they always are willing to exchange or return them for me. I really appreciate their understanding and will to help you.

Upper floor has plus size clothing hard to find in Chicago and my family REALLY appreciates that!
Apparently everyone is "small" in the city so not many stores have larger clothes.

We super loved not being "fatshamed".

The Mgr. was very nice to me. They usually don't do exchanges or returns on clearance items, but she made an exception. An Excellent way to keep a returning customer. Thanks.

Oh this was an awesome place for my 17 year old daughter to get lost in for two hours while I sat and munched on some of the clearance candy that I was able to find on the second floor of this huge store located in the Water Tower Shops in Chicago. The staff was very friendly and relaying to my daughter that stripes on pants make her butt look bigger which is a new trend apparently the girls are trying to achieve.

THE BEST FOREVER 21! The people that work there are absolutely amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. I shop at Forever 21 for three reasons- their huge variety of apparel, their extremely low/affordable prices, and their to die for fashion merchandise. Normally, when I walk into a Forever 21 , I don’t get greeted or helped by any employees that work there because let’s be real their stuff sells itself. But at the Forever 21 in the Water Tower, not only did I get greeted, I also got asked by an employee to start a fitting room, got checked on if I needed help with anything, and even received a compliment from an employee on my outfit. When I was checking out their was some issue with their credit card connection taking awhile to take my F21 credit card but the employees and the manager had FABULOUS customer service to me the entire time and dealt with the situation with immense patience and professionalism I was so pleased and wished I lived closer to this location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Forever 21 is one of my fiancee's go to spot for shopping. They vary from season to season but you can get an array of items. Not much of a big guy section compared to the 2 levels of woman clothing they have but a very reasonably priced variety. I've gotten a few articles of clothing that I refuse to let go. They keep you up to date on the latest fashion trends.

This place is very organized will put together the people are very polite cashiers did a great job and a manager also came out to help us when we had a problem

They store was clean, bought some stuff here that were on discount and got another 50% discount when I got to the register, great experience

I am not in Forever 21's demographic so cannot comment on the fashion, but I was in there with a teen today and it was a nice, clean, well-maintained store.

Another mass clothing, accessory retailer. I will usually find an accessory or other unintentional garment to buy. Have to be willing to be patient going through the racks of sale items, that's where it gets dangerous...in a good way!!

This particular location really does great with customer service, they always check in with you and have a nice organized collection.

I wanted some sweat pants not the Old kind and I found nice updated styles there even at my age.

Massive store. Wow. They have everything. My wife spent an hour in here shopping. I'd say that means it's a good place.
