Great place to shop for a quick replacement or new appliance(s). Paid less than expected and delivered, as expected & also, came with an excellent crew (3 guys), who set up and programmed the appliances for me without me having to ask.Thank you Tyler. I appreciate you. Tyler's crew discarded all cartons and hauled it away, along with the old appliances and assured they were both up & running, before leaving. I am/was satisfied with the services provided from purchasing to delivery & the sales associate, Moji, also was a great help with my selections & price point. Thank you. Great showroom sales help, very patient and informative. Thank you Arturo! Very organized delivery. The best customer service was that the first range that was delivered and installed had a short in one of the control buttons. A brief few minutes on the phone, and they immediately replaced the range in two days. Again, very organized and efficient.

The delivery men were great. They knew what they were doing. We purchased a dishwasher from Grand Appliance back in 2014 that is working very well. I had to pay more to get a white refrigerator versus stainless but I'm glad we did. I will be buying our next appliance from them as well.

Had their crew out today to deliver a new refrigerator. Despite the extreme cold, they took measures to insure it was delivered, installed, and insist I was happy. And they did it all while laughing, smiling, and having a good time while working… GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

Had never been to Grand Appliance , but was looking for a stackable washer/dryer to fit in a small space in my condo. Heard good things about them & close to where I live. Had a very good experience…my salesperson, Jeffrey , was very helpful, answered all my questions & got a very good price! He set up delivery when I wanted, & the delivery people too very nice , knowledgeable & within time frame I was told. Would use them again for sure!

We purchased a Whirlpool French door refrigerator from Grand Appliance! From the beginning sales person Tom to Alexander our delivery/installation person, it was a seamless and the best experience possible! Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and responsive to our questions and needs! Customer service is a reality for them and not just a saying! We went to Grand for the first time for this purchase, after a bad experience with another company, only 5 months prior for a stove purchase! This was a night and day experience especially with the delivery and installation through Grand Appliance! The BIG difference is that Grand Appliance is one of only two companies that have their own delivery/ installation team, instead of 3rd party delivery,
so they are experienced and their is a line of accountability throughout the process! We now are sold on Grand Appliance and is the only place we will go for our next purchases, which will probably be sooner than later due to the age of appliances! We now feel confident instead of stressed about where we will go in the future without hesitation! Thank you Grand Appliance!

The salesman Jeffrey at the Fullerton store answered my many phone calls during the purchase. Also, the delivery personnel kept me informed on a precise delivery time. The experience was so much better than Home Depot

I had a very comfortable experience with Tom and look forward to using my new Maytag washer. Tom was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy.
Freddy, who delivered was great and very polite. He really knew what he was doing and took great care on the stairs with removal of old washer and delivering the new one.

We had a wine fridge that needed to be replaced. Grand had a great selection and our sales rep, Arturo, helped narrow down the choice and options as well as get a great price for the one we selected. The install was very fast and all around happy with the overall experience.

Nate and JJ delivered and installed our new dishwasher and microwave today. Great guys and great service and installation. Drain pipe from our sink had a leak which Nate explained the repair I needed to do. I got the part and installed it per Nate’s instructions. Both appliances are working with no problems. Thanks to Nate, JJ and Grand Appliance. We will be back when the next time we need to replace an appliance.

Tom V. In sales was outstanding. He was a wealth of information, and definitely the reason we pulled the trigger on the purchase. The installation crew was very competent and skilled. They did a great job.

What completely sold me? Lena C. - she is the salesperson that met me at the Downers Grove location. She knew everything and took time to understand what my family wanted to accomplish with our new kitchen appliances. She outfitted us with Refrigerator, Stove, Vent/Hood, Dishwasher and a really slick drawer model Microwave. While the facility is what you would expect, and maybe a little "tired", LENA REALLY HIT A HOME RUN! SHE DETAILED EVERYTHING FOR US! And - made my budget work. Thanks to everyone :^)

Grand Appliance was fantastic in selling and installing a new dishwasher for us! We found an excellent price and their installation date fit our schedule. They kept me up to date on the arrival time of our installers and the whole job took 40 minutes. I’d strongly recommend especially for those in the city who don’t want to travel to the burbs for appliances!! Their new showroom on Fullerton has lots to choose from and very helpful staff.

That was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Tom was knowledgeable and helpful and went out of his way to ensure we had the appliances we needed for our new home.

Our friends sent us in to Grand Appliance to purchase a freezer chest for our garage. We are very happy that Tom was able to assist us. The showroom is nice, the sales associates are pleasant and friendly, and our buying experience was a nice one. We will be sending our friends in too.

Order was process with a sense of urgency. Rep was precise and setting up delivery was easy. Delivery was quick and precise. Even had tracking on delivery with real time tracking. Communication was easy thru the entire process down to a follow up on services. Quality of product is beautiful. I’m very satisfied with the entire process was a great experience. Best delivery I’ve ever had! Great communication! Grand gave me a window to expect delivery. They updated me constantly by text letting me know they were going to be early. They had a link so I could track the truck on its way to my house on my phone which was very helpful. The delivery guy who did the install was very polite, efficient and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend Grand Appliance!!!

I put in a contact request to discuss the purchase of a commercial 1 and a half hours before they opened and had a callback 35 minutes later. They brought up I was eligible for a discount through thieir property mgmt program that I was even aware existed.so very happy with there service
