Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago/Mt. Prospect

Came long distance for a funeral. Many relatives stayed here as well. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a nice selection for breakfast. It also has nice gathering spaces to meet up with other family staying here. Especially appreciated the closeness to Ohare .

Great spot! Clean, outstanding staff, very large king suite, good breakfast in the morning from 7 to 11 (not 10 like some places), quiet, large TV, very clean bathroom and shower. All around best in the area. Stay here.

Great location and staff! We had a group stay this past weekend for kids sporting event. Maggie and her team went out of their way to make it a great experience.

Location is great: movies, cosco, a lot of places to eat.

Hotel: clean, staff beyond welcoming, and easy check in process.

Great room service staff and kitchen staff breakfast was a nice amenity. The gym was Decent as well.

I stay here once a month on business - maybe 5 times now? It’s about 20 min from where I need to be, but I’ve stayed a bunch of other places and this is better. The staff is great. The location has walkable shopping and lots of dining options. The gym has weights and a versatile cable machine. It IS NOT on a major roadway so the rooms are quiet. Breakfast is Hampton typical - consistent, included, and okay (except Hampton waffles are always great). This is my mid north side Chicago go to for as long as I gotta go to mid north side Chicago. I’m glad I found you Hampton Mt Prospect. :)

Robert at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. We had an issue with our food delivery and he went out of the way to make sure we had a resolution even though he wasn’t involved in the incident or the company. Highly recommend this hotel for families and travelers.

Stayed here last minute as i was in a pinch and needed a place to spend the night. Staff was awesome and the room i had was great. Best hotel room ive stayed in. Room was clean and very well laid out. Bathroom was good too. Would stay here again if in the area

I did not stay at this Hampton Inn but it's right next to the Costco what I shop at, so Google thinks I stayed here and continuously asks me to review it. I've stayed at other Hampton Inns before and I really like them. They're clean and relatively inexpensive. And you can't beat the free breakfast.

The entire experience from booking my room to checkout time and everything in-between was phenomenal. The entire staff was friendly and professional. They treat you like a guest In their own home. Facilities are clean top to bottom. Located in convenient location. Rob and Maggie dealt with many questions I had throughout the week prior to my stay. Wonderful to deal with on the phone even better in person. Perfect for all my family of 4s needs. TOP NOTCH

Room was spacious and quiet. Clean except for the apple stem by the sink. Pool was nice, had it to ourselves, no hot tub was a bummer. Breakfast not bad, would highly recommend the hotel have more than one waffle maker when there are many people wanting one! I hope the housekeeping decorations wins!

Moved across country in 2021 from CA to MA and then to MN with my large dogs after an unexpected death in my family, the sale of our properties and during COVID. Very stressful time.
This hotel was by far the nicest we stayed throughout our trip. Newer hotel, very clean, no smoking issues, large rooms, quiet, pet friendly, great service and location. Highly recommend.

It was my sister's wedding this weekend. It was me, my wife, grandma and uncle. The hotel was great and very affordable the pool was awesome. The breakfast was very good room service was awesome they did what we asked and went above and beyond the asking. The front desk staff was great and checking in was easy. They know what they are doing and they have great customer service skills. This is my first stay at Hampton Inn and suites if you need a hotel to stay in and you are in the area this would be my first choice.

The rooms were great and we paid for parking in a heated garage which was great for us since we stayed the night of a huge snowstorm. Very clean and employees were all very friendly. The only thing was our bed didn't face the TV and they didn't have any extra pillows. TV wasn't a huge deal but it was a little awkward to try and watch.

This place was amazing! The staff really made our stay wonderful! They were very helpful, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was yummy and the hotel was very clean! Thank you so much and we will be back. 😊

The rooms are very spacious and clean. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept on in a long time. Staff was friendly and said hello when they walked by. I was very surprised at the room rates very affordable. Will be my first choice when I return to the area.

Very good moderately priced hotel, with large clean rooms and caring staff - food was basic.

I booked 2 rooms but they gave me 2 separate rooms.
It made me sad. Also, swimming pool water temperature was a little bit chilly.
Overall, we want to revisit here again.
We enjoyed, clean room and kind staffs.

Everybody was extremely courteous, the rooms were immaculate and clean (which is great being in the pandemic) and the facility is very well maintained. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool, the breakfast was always fresh and out on time and all of the team members were always willing to help out. We are local and stayed here for an extended period of time due to a water line breaking in our house, and would come back here in a second if the need arose. Great job!
