I have two car insurance with William, I have one car accident and totally loss in September 23State Farm give me my claim amount easily, but this guy don’t submit proof of accident from in bmv, up to February 24 so my wife license suspension, my another insurance agent also called him and email him, hey u do this, but results zero, I talk him , email him, my daughter also talk with him but he is busy, finally I call State Farm customer care, they support me, and I get it, bye the way he always reply me keep passion , so I still continue with State Farm but good bye with this guy, god bless him, thanks

I honestly don’t have a “rating”. Being a long time State Farm Customer I reached out to look into changing to a State Farm Agency closer to home and Susie didn’t sound like they were interested in any new business.
