AAA Vancouver - Cruise & Travel

We stopped in to get international driving permits. Quick, friendly service. They do their job well. Nice selection of travel products from luggage to books to odds and ends, like electric adapters.

Passport photos and international driver's license are available within 30 min. It is included in AAA membership, this is a nice benefit I forgot for a long time.

Extremely helpful and kind employees, needed international licenses and this is the place to go.

They reserved a car for my upcoming trip and, when my flight was changed, helped me change the rental car reservation. At first, the car agency treated it like a new reservation with a higher price than the initial one. Sarah spent a lot of time working on it and actually got a slightly better price than the first deal. She wouldn't give up until I got the kind of treatment she thought I deserved. Very impressed!!!!

We were having many issues with our previous Statefarm policy and were absolutely fed up! I had contacted Kristina Aleshina and she did a wonderful job helping us fix all our issues! We are so glad to have found her and will only work with her in the future!

We had let our coverage lapse and came in to renew it. The staff was very friendly and helpful and got us signed back up in no time. We highly recommend AAA and all the services that they provide.

I went in to the Vancouver store to pick up a paper map and tour guides for an upcoming trip to Hawaii's big island. Jenny is the one who assisted me. She was super sweet, friendly and helpful. The store has a good variety of travel books, hats, purses, compression socks, just all kinds of travel stuff. They also have a surprisingly large parking lot. I'm really glad I went in person instead of having the map and guide books mailed to me.

We were there to get the international driver permits. The service was fast and hassle free given that you bring all that are required.

Each and every time I have contacted AAA and speak to anyone or email a specific person for vehicle rental, I have received excellent results. I have had to have rental vehicles several times in the last several months and even called in the morning and had a rental vehicle waiting for me at my destination when I arrived. They are truly professional and do a fantastic job.

All AAA locations are fantastic. This one has friendly helpful staff and a large space full of travel items to buy. They handle a lot of cruise travel as well so if you are a member and want to cruise make sure you stop in.
As a member from Oregon the only difference is that it seems to take my card longer to scan here than at the locations in Oregon. But a small thing.

We came into the store to update our AAA Roadside assistance, and noticed the travel agents there. We then sat down with Jennifer and she booked us a cruise for our honeymoon. The experience was great, she answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we understood the whole process and what we needed to know while on the ship or ported in the cities. Their prices were the best we had found when searching the internet as well. We will definitely be booking our travel through AAA.

Sarah did a great job of answering any questions I had on membership and questions I had on rentals. Ask all about travel. Love the customer service and bubbly personality. I signed up. Great referral from family.

They were quick and knowledgeable. Pretty nice as well! AAA membership is the best $100 you’ll ever spend.

Dave is awesome! He was so helpful and patient helping my family plan a spring break trip. He had a lot of great ideas and I appreciate his expertise. My parents have use AAA for decades and always go through days.

I'm really grateful for AAA. I called to find out if they could help me plan my cross country trip 2 Oklahoma from Washington. They prepared a triptik for me and provided me with maps of each state I was going through, as well tour books. This office only took one day to do all these things and because of my AAA card, there was no charge.

Jenifer Harris, AAA Travel Agent, was very helpful. When I encountered issues, Ms. Harris took her time to explain and made me comfortable to work with her. I feel very fortunate to have her helped me with my cruise plan to the Eastern Caribbean this upcoming September. Jenifer, you are awesome!!!I Many thanks!!!

the experience was great, she did everything she could to help plan our trip to Alaska. Set up the trip ticket, provided maps and all the travel books I'd need. The customer service makes me glad I belong to AAA.
