Very rude customer service! Will purchase appliances elsewhere

Today was the worst experience I think I've ever had. The older lady / owner Is rude and will yell at you. Will offer you a garden hose to make fittings but then when you think you have it she will refuse you to match it up and then yell at you. Worst experience of customer service we've ever received.
