Keith G. was awesome! Great communication, respectful of my time. The Finance Manager was great also. Not pushy, offered some extra services without pressure! I could have chosen any other car dealership that was closer to where I resided. I purchased my first vehicle from this dealership. Based on my positive experience in the past, I decided to drive an hr to purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Tony was amazing. He assisted me with my trade in. He was patient throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pressured to get any vehicle. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle’s that I was interested in. He helped me find my Jeep that I absolutely love. After my truck was towed in late in the afternoon with an electrical problem, Casey was able to get it repaired and have the battery charged overnight. It was ready to go the next morning! Yay!!

Purchased a new 2021 Ford Explorer Hybrid last week. Got a great price on my trade in. Much more than I thought. The buying experience is very low pressure. Our sales person Troy Moore was fantastic! Just bought a new F150 from Noble at Rick Ridings in Monticello. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying a vehicle. Both Noble and John were extremely professional, courteous and easy to deal with.
