Store is very clean. Well organized. Clothes to household items. Great seasonal decor and gifts. Love all of their coupons!
Staff is very friendly!

The juniors section is fairly large here, which is nice for people that are petite. They also have a Toys “R” Us ! It is a pretty small section, located upstairs. Definitely brings back 90’s euphoric vibes though. They have a lot of classic toys. Very cute.

I ordered Alfany slim men suits online. Because I thought I knew my husband’s suits size But so tight and small for my husband. So we tried to exchange the his suits in Macy’s Vancouver Mall. April 15th Saturday 7pm Calvin Klein and Alfany men suits section lady was so sweet, patient , knowledgeable about men suits for us. She measured my husband’s right shirts size, neck, shoulders and arms. So determined as well we get a right size suits, shirts and tie too. My husband’s job has to wear a suit all the time. Mostly men hate shopping but My husband was happy after that. AlSo we shopped at there with 2 years old wild toddler. Such a difficult and hard. But this lady was so helpful and awesome job for us. Thank you Macy’s I didn’t asked her name. But she has long hair and wear a mask. Super polite and respectful customer service with us. Thank you. We will be back 100%.

After a dreadful experience at JCPenney's I went into Macy's and I was pleasantly surprised by just how nice it is to shop here. I really can't get over just how great and attentive the staff is. And if you go on the second floor they have a great area full of great deals that even beats out Walmart I'm not kidding and the quality of the clothes are top notch. I purchased over $200 worth of clothing and got some gift cards to give away. I needed an envelope and the store clerk even went out and got them for me I'm telling you you don't get this kind of service just anywhere this is fantastic! Don't bother wasting your time going to any other department store. Macy's has you covered!

The employees really try and give you the best discount, especially going into the store rather than shopping online.

I had ordered boots online and they just did not fit right so I went in to return them. I could not find boots that fit in my size at all. I met Terry in women’s shoes and he helped me find a pair of boots that worked for what I needed. He was fun to shop with and I would not have bought boots that day if Terry had not helped me 😊. He is an awesome employee and I hope Macy’s treats him well.

I came in first thing yesterday morning to return a rug I had bought online, the two very sweet girls at customer care tried to process it and were having trouble so they called for an area manager, she immediately jumped in and got to work. She was able to print a label, take it upstairs and mail it back for me. She also explained how to do the return to the other girls. It was a win all the way around. I've been so disappointed with the quality of items being shipped to me lately that I have been returning most everything, which has been time come and annoying. Thank goodness for sweet women like these at customer care to make the experience more tolerable.

This is a good place to shop at here at VanMall and has a very good selection of items here. Often I will do Christmas shopping here due to the large selection of items and enjoy the environment very much. A very clean and well kept store.

Always have loved the quality at Macy's. I don't have much time to shop but when I do it's Macy's. I haven't used my Macy's card in a while. Turns out it's still good to go and, unexpectedly, a higher limit
The product I wanted was there; of course. Along with some new variations..
Service was outstanding as well.. I was remembered from 2 years ago..wow! And...it always smells great at Macy's . Or is that just me??

I have been the this Macys a few times to return items that I bought on line. Last week I needed to return a rug. It was not at all what I ordered. I followed the instructions on the app, and they were wrong. I had limited time and I was frustrated that this store would not accept the return. Maruim, the manager on duty went way out of her way to help me with the return. It was not an easy task for her to do. Because of Maruim’s commitment to customer service, I am still a Macys customer. I am truly grateful.

In addition, they don't size bra's here anymore.
Decent deals for school shopping. Nice styles and clean. Favorite thing was a cashier that offered extra hangers to take home for my skirts. She was wonderfully nice and friendly. Wish I had gotten her name. Girl with super long hair in a braided bun, thank you

I had recently purchased a pair of pants and my pants tore so I brought them back and Maria helped me and she gave me an even exchange. Was a wonderful experience, I will definitely be back. Maria is an awesome employee at Macy's in Vancouver Washington.

I was able to find a suit the suit that we be ordered from Macy's online for an upcoming wedding. Clean and tidy store. Good customer service.

I got my mattress at Macy's. I also had my parents get their mattress here as well, just because of how much I love it here.

Not dying, fully stocked, great sale items the past times we were there. 11/24/22 Everything still good at the store, but it has been rearranged. Some departments are bigger, others smaller. Furniture depart has grown the most.
