Taco Bell

Taco Bell has been a consistent pregnancy craving for me. So I’ve been to several and this Taco Bell is by far the best I have been to. Probably the best fast food place I have ever been to. First, their freeze machine is never broken. And second, the customer service has always been outstanding. They are so quick with their service and super nice. Especially the young girl who gave the sweetest compliments to me and my husband and asked us about our baby who is due soon! She put a big smile on our faces after such a rough day.

The people here are so nice and friendly, and my order has never been messed up. Im vegan so my orders are very customized and usually at Taco bells I would say the order gets messed up every 3-4 times I go. I come here probably around 10 times a month and have NEVER had an order messed up :)

Very impressed with tonight's service! There was a long line when we arrived, but once we got to the window they got us our food quickly. The best part though: freshest food I've had at a Taco Bell.

It's a taco bell, you get exactly what you expected. It's great food, if you like taco bell. The cheesy gordita crunch is always good and I'm a sucker for the beefy five layer burrito. Don't go expecting authentic Mexican, go expecting taco bell. What more could you ask for? Don't forget the Baja Blast.

This place is one of the better taco bells I've been to. The people are surprisingly friendly. The food came out hot and hella proper. And they are actively practicing social distancing. Recommend this one for sure.

The customer service here was awesome. So friendly! And the food was the best I have a had at a taco bell. Everything was made so you felt like you were going to be as stuffed as the burritos were.

Picture this. 2 hours in the gym at planet fitness, running on 3 hours of sleep. Tired bad work out and hungry. I already felt bad about myself. How do I fix my emotions towards myself? Taco Bell!!! They just happen to be open at 12:34am when everyone else is asleep there is my saving grace. When I pulled up I got my order quick. However while waiting after paying I could tell there was some confusion in the kitchen and orders were beginning to back up (lots of hungry people in Logan this late at night). I patiently waited for my food to come. I felt bad for the staff I could tell they were super stressed and kept apologizing. I told them to take there time I am in no rush. I’m just going home to eat and study my real estate. The food finally arrived and though the hard shells were stale, the service made up for it. Great staff you guys have! Please keep Baja blast on the ready because that’s my only reason for visiting. Applause to the staff working there

I've never had any issues at this Taco Bell. Not much to say, it's Taco Bell. The times I've dined in everything's been relatively clean. When I head up the drive-thru it moves relatively quickly as well.

I had a large order of taco goodness. The awesome girl that took my order gave me a free drink, saying that it was going to take a while. I was super impressed by this gesture. They were actually very fast pulling the order together. The food was super good and fresh, staff was friendly, fast, and top-notch on execution. Definitely coming back for those nacho fries! Good job - I hope your boss rewards you for your great work!

As far as Taco Bells go, this one is on top of their game. Great job to the staff.

This is such a great place. The staff is friendly, the food is quick. Taco Bell has great deals and a good variety of food. I have gone multiple times in the drive-thru and I am amazed at how quickly they get me my order. Their in person service is great too. They have order stations now so you don't have to wait in line to order. You could also use the app to order. Make sure to take their survey and let the owners know how great this place is. I have also been to the one on the south side of town and they are pretty good too. I went to the one in Ogden several years ago and they were slow. That's why I recommend to take the survey. Maybe they can help train the Ogden on to be quicker. It was a while ago so they may be better now, though.

My husband and I went through the drive-thru to order, I went to get my husband his food out and I could not differentiate between my order and his. I went inside and pulled the shift manager to the side, showed him the bag and explained the problem. He was awesome and remade my order as well as fixed an oops from a couple days ago. That is what I look for in a manager in any business setting. This is what customer service is about and I greatly appreciate the professionalism and help from Justin. Thank you thank you thank you. You are AWESOME Justin!

A kind young man named Kyle was my helper at Taco Bell today. He served at the window. I'm going in for surgery tomorrow, and I'm feeling very worried and upset. I was completely indecisive about what to get, but he was so kind in giving me ideas, and he was completely patient with me! He made my day! Thank you Kyle of Logan! ❤🙏🏻🎶

After all the heartache and pain of life... Taco Bell is there, waiting to comfort me. I get a Baja blast and queso Dilla and it's as if they're wiping my tears away.

Love taco Bell. So yummy. My go to is the crunch wrap supreme. I just can't get enough of it. Super good!!!!! But I also love the fiesta chicken salad bowl. Tacos for life 🤣

OK. So I've seen a lot of reviews that are bashing on this place. I just have to ask, "have you been there recently?" I went there with an old roommate two days ago, and it was great. The food was good, the facilities clean, and the service was amazing. Even the employees making the food in the back smiled and greeted us warmly. We hadn't been to Taco Bell in years, so we were unfamiliar with the menu, but the person who assisted us (the assistant manager) was patient and made pleasant and entertaining conversation while we decided. When that was through, the food was brought out to us in a very timely manner, and tasted delicious (I am a big chipotle fan).

Overall, we had a wonderful experience in this Taco Bell, and I'm actually planning on getting some takeout this afternoon.

Staff was very nice and polite. I have a food allergy to wheat and had asked the staff to change their gloves and not touch any flour tortillas. I was very pleased to hear that they washed their hands and even washed the counter where my food was made. Big thanks to the staff for going above and beyond to make sure that I would not get any wheat in or on my food.
