This nature preserve is a hidden spot for nature enthusiasts! 🌳🌲 The nature trail offers sightings of deer, occasional elk, foxes, snakes, a variety of birds, and even turtles. 🦌🦌🦊🐍🐦🐢

Birdwatchers will be in heaven here, especially with the abundance of woodpeckers in the area. 🐦🔍 The roadside area is serene and peaceful, perfect for a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. 🛤

However, it's important to note that this preserve isn't suitable for picnics or group outings as there are no tables, benches, or much space for multiple people. 🧺🚫 Also, the limited parking space means only a few cars can be accommodated. 🚗

One downside is the heavy mosquito presence during the warm season, so be sure to bring your bug repellent during those months. 🦟 Despite these minor inconveniences, this preserve is a nature lover's paradise! 🌿🌍🌞

Nice park to walk around with your partner!

A great place for bird watching, there are many woodpeckers in the area. The roadside area is nice and quiet, but there are no tables or benches or much room for multiple people. Not recommended for picnics or a group. No parking lot, only room for a few cars. Aside from the roadside area, mosquitos are heavy throughout late may to early September.
