Dave's company did an excellent job providing custom shower doors for my home. He is an honorable individual who I would recommend to anyone. BTW, I did see a reference to Jan. 6th and what transpired. Dave faced the situation and accepted responsibility. Cut him some slack here. He's hardworking, is a great father, and loves and supports his family. We need more people like him.

Broken Glass has installed 2 shower doors for me within the last 6 months. Dave is very knowledgeable, helpful and suggestive. The shower doors arrived in a timely manner. The install crew were timely, pleasant, and very neat.

I purchased shower doors from Broken Glass Company, and my experience was perfect. David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. His quote was reasonable, and the doors arrived right when he said they would. Nick did a fantastic job of installing my doors. He walked me through the options for which side the door should be on, and did a great job of explaining how the doors should work. My doors were installed in an hour or so, and Nick cleaned up and removed all the garbage. Most important of all, David, Rob and Nick took time to pet my unruly dog. If I could give Broken Glass Company more than 5 stars I would. The owner, Dave is such a detail oriented business owner. He came out last minute and gave us a quote site on scene. Excellent communication, I knew exactly when my glass arrived and when it was going to be installed. A crew that strive for nothing but excellence.

We needed a greenhouse window and a third story eyebrow window replaced. Dave responded the next day with an inspection of the work, 2 days for a quote and the specialty glass was ordered & installed in 2 weeks in our Maine home. They were extremely careful & considerate during and after installation, cleaning up as they went. Highly recommend BGC for timeliness, quality and pricing.

I just wanted to to give a HUGE shout-out to Dave at Broken Glass Company in Wells who just completed a glass shower door install for us. After literally months of un-returned phone calls and no-shows from another glass company, I happened to see Dave's sign and gave him a call. He returned my call within hours and came by later that day for an estimate. He did an incredible job with the install and was professional, honest, and kind. He has young kids himself and was so great with our five year old son, who of course was asking him all kinds of questions about his tools and what he was doing. I also just found out Dave installs windows too, and when we're ready for that project we will definitely be calling him. I highly recommend him!

David was great. Quick in replying back, and scheduling an estimate. During the estimate he gave his professional opinion, in which I took. He gave recommendation of going with 3/8" glass rather than 1/2" glass for our Master Shower. I'm certainly happy with not spending the extra money unnecessarily. I recently wanted to change my bathroom fixtures to polished chrome, so I contacted Broken Glass to see if they could change my shower door handle and hinge hardware. I assumed it would be a bigger project to change the trim around the glass so I didn't bother to inquire about doing those parts.
Dave called me back right away and not only said the hardware wouldn't be a problem at all but He also asked why I wasn't changing the trim around the glass to match the polished chrome. I replied that I had assumed it would be too expensive. I was impressed that he took the time to ask me and very pleased to realize that it wasn't a significant increase at all.

Even though it was a small job, they took their time and they were very pleasant, courteous and didn't make a mess. I would most definitely recommend Dave, and his company Broken Glass for all your glass & shower needs.

Stopped in while driving by to discuss a window issue and couldn't be happier!!!! I was quickly greeted by Dave (owner) who was willing to help with the window even though he knew right upfront the glass portion of the window was in tack and it would be a small job for him. He arranged his schedule and actually came out same day and took a look at the window and had a suggestion on what to do. Surprisingly we had the materials at home and he graciously offered to fix the window on the spot at no cost since it was a quick and easy fix for him. My husband and I even tried giving him money but he didn't accept. Truly have not seen anyone come out and do a deed like that with their time and services. Maybe our job was real small to him but we truly appreciated the quickness, and customer service provided and do know we will highly recommend him as well use him for any future needs from now on. Thanks again Dave, I can see why you have so many great reviews on Google!!

Very nice, reliable, hard-working people. Gave a quick estimate, came as soon as possible, and were really good at their jobs: we had a big porch with 23 year old screening, not easy to get off, but everything looks perfect. will definitely call on them again. Highly recommend.
