McDonald's

I just want to shine a light on the staff here in the drive up. I work at GW behind them and frequently visit. The staff is always so kind, friendly and efficient. I don't think they get enough praise. I've seen them deal with some very unkind customers and they handle it professionally and with patience. They always say something to lift my day and give smiles. I appreciate everyone of them for that. I hope they know that they do a wonderful job and sometimes they just make my day!

I went in to satisfy my craving for a Caramel Frappe Xtra Whipped Cream! Do you remember if you went like 7:00pm or after you couldn't get anything with ice cream or blended, like a Frappe? There was always some excuse like the machine broke or they had to clean it early that night...well, I have a way around that, find out what night the manager works and the employees won't be pulling that when they are there! Of course, they are all in pissy moods, though, because their manager actually makes them work instead of screwing around all night! Lol Hey, I know exactly how it is, I used to work at Pizza Hut back in the day and when the boss was away, the employees would play! My goodness, that was 48 years ago, yes, we had Pizza Huts that many years ago and suffice it to say, they barely have changed! I probably could walk in and start working and never miss a beat!

McDonald's is so great! They're everywhere you need them to be. They have all the McDonald's goodies. They have clean restrooms - most of the time. Best rest stop for road trips if you don't need gas.

My son and daughter and myself rode our bikes here and ordered our food and they brought our food out to us when it was ready and it was quite fast and the gentleman that brought our food was super nice and on our way out at the same time we all said thank you loudly to the entire staff and they thanked us as well. While walking away with bikes in hand a gentleman that worked there but was on his break also wished us a great day! Big difference in staff attitude from a year ago! I'm definitely impressed with the outcome from the remodel and new staff hired! Definitely two thumbs up! I wonder if their ice cream machine is down as much as what it was before!😏🤔😋

As a native of Muskegon, it’s always good to come back and visit family and friends. This McDonald’s is a nice spot for a quick meal. The restaurant is clean the workers are friendly my order was hot and everything was perfect. I like the remodeled dining room… This location is on point!

Super satisfied on the service on this visit...' Ordering' -( requested for a special taste) - tweak AND asked for a freshly dropped batch of fries...... The way I like um.... "White-HOT-crispy and juicy " BROKE DA MOUTH -fries......

The employees here were super friendly, and my food was ready before I could even sit down. Great food and excellent service!

The forgot to give us my almost $4 Caramel Frappe and when we called to tell them we were turning around to pick it up they acted like they didn't want to give it to us.

It was great service also they was so busy in both lines for drive through and those workers where hustling getting the customers through the line.And I thought great there going mess my order up having this many cars and there moving as fast as they was.They did fantastic job not one mistake even went above and beyond to find me container so I could dip my fries in tarter sauce they don't have packets of that.So great job to all of the workers that day.

I went through the drive through around 11:30pm. It was fairly busy. No issues with my food. It was fresh.

The greating was good. They were very understanding with my mom who has dementia. We received our order in three minutes. It was very tasty. The coffee was very good as well! Thank you all for the great experience!

Good food

My mom and I went in for a coffee drink with a buy 1 get 1 free and my mom thought she knew she wanted a cappuccino and after getting she was like this isnt what I wanted she wanted one with cream in top so she wanted to go inside after we left the drive thru and ask them about it to what we.foind it is what she wanted after all was a frappuccino so they gave us each ok ne of those and we were also able to keep the other one cause they cant do anything with them anyways and didn't even charge us for the second drink and they could have even though we did try to explain it to the girl at the drive up. Pretty nice of them.

One of the better locations in Muskegon, minutes away from the Sherman location, worth driving to for better service

First time they got the order right, plus speedy service. Breakfast service is much better than dinner time

Great - they are quick at getting pick up orders out!

My grandsons love McDonald's so we go once in a while. I always find something good for myself so I don't mind taking them at all.
