Very pleased with the service and support I received from the folks here! I was stressed as this was my first claim and my insurance wasn't making it easy. Jordan and Lisa helped me with scheduling and answered all my questions. Jordan spoke with my insurance provider and it all worked out in my favor. It was a quick turnaround time. Pretty sure they washed and vacuumed my car before returning it too. I would use them again!

Absolutely fantastic job repairing the body damage to my Honda HR-V. I expected them to fix the body panels and wash the vehicle but did not expect the great attention to detail both inside and out. I hadn’t cleaned the inside of my car in over a year. They didn’t even take my gold necklace or a penny! Extremely trustworthy and great quality. Thank you!!

I hit a deer up north and they completed the repairs ahead of schedule. Extremely friendly, professional staff. Repairs looked brand new. They took the time to review the damages with me when I dropped my car off for the repairs and they walked me through the work they did afterwards. Highly recommend them for any collision repairs.

I am so happy I took my business to Suburban Ford! I have went to several local Ford dealerships and have been unimpressed at best. Suburban Ford should be the role model other dealerships follow! Their customer service is excellent and treat you like a person not a number. They go above and beyond what is expected. Little things like their courtesy car wash after service or repairs doesn't cost them much but (I feel) makes a world of difference to us as consumers because it shows their appreciation instead of just collecting payment and out the door you go.

It took longer than expected but they did a good job with my truck. Nick at the service department was very helpful and kept me updated. Connie in the rental car department was very nice and made sure that I had vehicle the entire time mine was being worked on. Thanks guys

I have not worked with a team that cared more about getting it done right. Craig has continuously went above and beyond to make our experience fantastic. This is a body shop you can trust.

They did an AMAZING job on the repair, but a $7,000.00 total cost?
They must make as much as lawyers, as the materials were MAYBE a quarter of that (+/-).
Regardless, they did do an AMAZING job on my daughter's moms 2017 Focus.
