Can't thank Travis enough for his help today making it possible for us to finish up a very special wagon. The wagon had been modified so it needed new hardware, as well as some being lost. Not only did he find the hardware we needed so that we could be on time for the delivery at Embrace Compassion Farm(farm for children fighting cancer) he took it upon himself to pay for it and wouldn't take our payment..he said it was going for a good cause. Thank you Travis I hope your employer knows what a treasure you are. We got the wagon there, and it went immediately into use.

Lots more cool stuff than the big box stores. Huge selection of Fasteners Nuts and Bolts. And you don't have to put up with the big crowds. What more do you want

SO great! I had a new puppy, figured we'd walk around garden center outside while sis went inside to get what she needed. Gal came out to garden center, & she told me that dogs can come inside AND they give treats! Pup was SO popular! Sweet cashier, I apologize, I don't remember your name. If you’ve ever been in a pinch and are missing a bolt, this is your place. I have found bolts for Subarus, Rams, Hondas, etc. if it goes on a road car, they likely have it. Saved my butt after a brake caliper bolt walked it self out and was rubbing into the wheel. Found the exact same bolt and was good to go. Always my first stop for anything fastener related

This place is the go to store for anything in the hardware, garden, tool, paint and more place to go. Staff is great. If the one you talk to does not have the answer they will contact some one who will know where the product is and walk you to that item. I had a problem with plumbing and did not know what product to buy.
I explain the situation and the floor man took me to the right place, explained how to install and gave me his personal cell phone number to call if I hit a problem. Try that at a big box store.

This is my go-to for parts and supplies, and recently I rented a floor etcher and was very happy with the process. Easy to rent, got instructions on use, and they open at 7am so I could return it before heading to work.

Great people, great service. Shop local, this is a valuable asset in our community!

Super friendly staff! The hardware guys are incredibly helpful and really know their stuff. I really like this store. It has absolutely everything! Bought some countersink bits today. Lots to choose from. Finally signed up for their point program. Gotta get my $5 coupons! :-)

One of my favorite stores ! Good products, and the customer service is really good! That says a lot these days. This is a run to and fro multiple times a week type place, and every single trip is always pleasant.

I needed to install shelves in my home, and the staff here were very welcoming and helpful to get everything I needed. What they didn't have, they told me where to get. Very good experience here. 👌

This is a great place! I like it. Got lots of good stuff, even the C-clamps that I needed to finish the repair on the differential of a Volkswagen Jetta that I was working on that couldn't get elsewhere. Really good hardware fasteners department! The guy at Fastenal sent me over to this place, had exactly what I needed and the transmission is now in the car! Good job guys at Parkrose Hardware keep it up!

I went to Home depot to buy 6 screws. I would have had to buy a pound of 1 screw and a package of the other for about $9. At Parkrose I was able to buy exactly what I needed for 85 cents.
Love this place knowledgeable floor help. And able to buy the quantity you need. Rather than a whole box

It's always a pleasure to shop at Parkrose Hardware. Walking through the doors, I'm like a kid in the candy store. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Awesome place to get REAL hardware with drawers upon drawers filled with nuts and bolts and specialty fasteners unlike Home Depot or Lowe's. If you need it, Parkrose Hardware most likely has what you need!

My favorite hardware store, the real deal. Great fastener selection, often better than fastener stores, definitely better than automotive chains--even for auto specialty items. From oddball screws to tools to glue to tape to plumbing supplies and more, found everything on my list; amazing one-stop shopping. Also, very knowledgeable help, esp in fasteners.

UPDATE: Its been almost a year since I wrote my initial review. My experience at this store has only improved, especially during this pandemic. It's been necessary to make several emergency trips to this location and each time I've been impressed with the level of customer service I've received regarding each of my issues. I would like to note that both times it was from employees working in the plumbing and bath department - one man and one women (I wish I got their names, I'm sorry). I will leave my previous review as I still won't buy plants here, but otherwise, thank you for improving my experience!

PRIOR REVIEW: This location is good if you need something and are not willing to drive over the river, across town or go to Walmart. However, every single one of the plants I have purchased from this place has been garbage. I purchase a 4" spider plant that died two weeks after purchase. I purchased a large 10 gallon Dracena Marginata that was so root bound and water logged it also couldn't be saved. I purchased a 10 gallon Philodendron Enzie that has a fungus AND thrips. And my 10 gallon snake plant also has a fungus. While I admit, I'm not an expert green thumb, I am also NOT a black thumb. We sincerely believe that these plants had problems at the store that didn't become evident until they were brought home. I will buy what I need when it's an emergency but I will not buy plants from this store after putting down $100+ and getting problems or dead plants. I'm disappointed that Parkrose gave a generic response without a real solution or even a shred of personal interest.

Very helpful staff. Clean store, well organized, and great selection. The hardware department is second-to-none.
