The ladies here are great. Always give outstanding service. I will never go to another location after working with Courtney and Christen. I came in to pay my bill with their bridge pay option and they both told me about ACP got me signed up and are saving me $30 on my monthly bill. I have never been pressured to buy outside my budget instead they make me feel okay with being on the low income side. GREAT WORK LADIES. Thank you for all your help

I went in today because my service on straight talk completely stopped working. After all the frustration I experienced last night I came into this location pretty upset but I was greeted with a warm smile from Ray. (I really hope I got his name right cause seriously he needs recognition) after expressing my frustration he got on my level and made sure to explain everything very well and helped me with transferring to cricket with a breeze. I’d have to say he went above and beyond. I usually have bad anxiety going and doing things like this and he was on my level the whole time and made sure my experience was great from start to finish. I’m not sure if anyone important from that location even looks at these reviews but if you do you need to let this man know he did a great job and I will be stayin with cricket for a long time cause of him. He deserves a raise for how wonderful he made my experience. Thank you again Ray!!

Upgraded my friends phone today and had a great experience. Good sale prices and we were able to get a new phone and case for under $100.

Customer service here is GREAT! Not to mention the awesome promotions they run for new customers! I had Cricket before but switched to another service. I disliked the new service so I switched back to Cricket. They got me a great phone, a great plan and saved me money on my monthly bill! I love their service area and their customer service representatives are awesome!

The gentleman working the counter on June 1st, 2020 at around 12:30pm was very helpful. He set up my account and device in a timely manner, and answered any questions I had.

Real people work here. Real people in the sense that they told me about all my options for their service and weren't heavy handed or pushy about it. It was refreshing for to have a salesperson that didn't sound like they're reading from a script.

My wife and I switched to Cricket to lower our monthly expenses and it has been a great decision. We cut our cell bill in half and the person working asked a lot of questions about how we use our phones. He suggested different plans for each of us, which I thought was weird because the other phone stores we went to just tried to get us into the highest package. It was refreshing to have somebody take the time to talk to us like real people and level with us, considering both the wife and I are a bit behind the times when it comes to technology.

Tim is always so helpful, patient and polite. Been a customer for years. Have recommended many friends and family to deal with Tim.
