Great Shop. They repaired my Grizzly after it hit a tree, alot of front end damaged. I thought I would have to scrap the unit. Tom repaired my machine and it looks and rides like brand new, what pride in workmanship!!!!! I was kept informed through the repair process. This is a custom shop with extremely fair pricing. Kyle is very honest and the shop is clean and machines are stored indoors. Tom thank you, you are an artisan!!! Flawlessly rode the Leota trail today!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

These guys have been great. I’ve had multiple tires mounted here and they always turn it around within a day or two. They really seem to know their stuff. Good place to shop quality used bikes and ATVs as well.

Great experience buying an older dirt bike from Tom. He told me everything about the bike he knew even a few things that might not "sell" it. I was coming from a distance, and he was heading my way one day so meeting me cut some time off my drive. We came together on a price, and he helped me load it. Tom is a great guy with background in cars and bikes his whole life. Pretty safe bet Rapid Cycle Works would be a great honest place to have your machine repaired as well! I happened to find Kyle and company via a quick Google search for motorcycle tire installation. This turned out to be the rare, top-notch "Find!"
They took excellent care of me all the way through: quality workmanship, performed timely, with attention to details... the whole package.
Plus, it's just great to do business with a smaller, owner-operated business like this.
So happy to have discovered Rapid Cycle Works... they're now my go-to source for all bike service needs.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Looking out for your own good! After trying to bolt on my rear wheel myself after a tire change, I forgot a washer and over-torqued my axel nut. Jammed my caliper into my rotor, bending it, damaging my sensor and locking my wheel. After what I thought was going to be a $500 fix, Kyle called me saying he fixed everything for much MUCH cheaper. He reshaped my ABS rotor, sanded my brake rotor, reset my check-engine light, and fixed my whole ABS system that I thought was for sure gone, not to mention a week-long fix. He got it done all in the same day before a big riding trip! Very knowledgeable, passionate, and willing to put you before the paycheck. These guys are awesome, and I will definitely be back. Thanks again!

Bought new tires for my 2002 Goldwing and needed them mounted. Not only were these guys the most reasonable but they had it done in 20 minutes. I will be back in the spring to get an oil change and a new air filter installed. Thanks for the great service.

Great and Friendly Service.

Took a chance with Kyle and the guys on a new set of tires for my Super Tenere'. I had decided to beef it up and go with a rather expensive set of Continental TCK80s this time around. These are not cheap tires. Talked to Kyle and he was "Very" competitive with the tire pricing, and with their very reasonable price per tire for replacing the tires I gave them the business. We did have 1 snafu when we ordered the wrong rear tire, weather I did it or they did it we don't know, but we don't care. Kyle also noted that my brake pads should be replaced soon, I'm surprised the local dealer that looked at the bike about 2000 miles ago didn't see it, and my rotor was wavy. After checking their prices for the pads and rotor I decided to have them replace them as well. Since we had the mix up on the tire, Kyle did the rotor and pads at no additional cost above the tire replacement. Kyle even worked around my newly installed hard bags, which mad the whole deal a bit more effort.

Just as a comparison their out the door tire replacement, which is take the tire off the bike and then put a new one on the bike, is $100 cheaper than the dealer down the road and $40 cheaper than the largest deal in the area.

Fair pricing on labor, competitive on parts, and friendly service, while I waited. I will be coming back for future service here as well. That is for sure.

Now, time to hit the trails.

Kyle, Tommy and the rest of the crew are great to deal with and I trust them with my powersports needs. They love our sport and it shows. They did a suspension refresh for me and the service and quality was excellent.

Had to get a new tire mounted on my bike. I wasn't able to get it there before they closed. I got the bike there a little after 5pm but in my haste I forgot the tire. Me not so smart. When I got back one of their people saw I had dropped off the bike and had already moved it inside. Above and beyond service. I will be going here for all the work on my bike. Really impressed

I brought my (new-to-me) 1985 honda elite 250 for a basic maintenance check and overheating problem as this is the first motorcycle/scooter i have ever owned and had no knowledge of how to maintenance it. It had sat for 10 years so i was skeptical to ride it before getting a experienced opinion and checkup.

He told me everything I needed to know about the old gal and as well did a excellent inspection and work to make sure i was not stuck on the side of the road in these upcoming summer months.
I will continue to use them no question.
