Clarion Inn & Suites Cedar City

We stopped for a last minute stay due to bad weather. We got 2 rooms and they were so clean and spacious for the price we paid! It was nice to feel like we were still on vacation while getting stuck on our way home from vacation! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I wish their site would have mentioned, is that breakfast is breakfast in a bag. Which doesn’t allow for more options for people with food sensitivities. However we worked around this and still made the stay a great one!

After reading some other reviews, we were reluctant to stay here, but the price was good and it was late. We really liked this place. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and staff was nice. With Covid the breakfast was continental and okay, but not really a surprise there. Just make sure you don’t grab and go as you will need a microwave. We will absolutely stay again.

This place was great! The room we had was just the right size for the two of us. It was very clean, comfortable bed (not too hard), bedding felt just right. Regarding breakfast, it we were so grateful that they served scrambled eggs & sausage patties so we could get some protein. Pancakes tasted great- nice amount of options for the breakfast. Lobby was lovely and spacious. Didn't get a chance to try out the pool. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I've stayed here on two occasions: December 2017, July 2019. On those visits I didn't have any major problems. The only hiccup I experienced on my July visit was my card key for my room didn't work. The front desk attendant was expedient to resolve the card issue. He was also very kind, respectful, and helpful. The continental breakfast was adequate based on the hotels price model. There were plenty options to choose from. Overall, the hotel met my expectations.

My partner and I were camping nearby when I got a nasty bout of stomach flu. We thought a hotel was the best place for me but it was 9am, who was going to let us check in at this hour? Clarion, that's who. They didn't even charge us an extra fee. Several other hotels in the area turned us away. I cannot tell you how grateful I am. The room was clean and comfortable and today I am feeling much better. Will definitely stay again.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient! Checked in after 9, and was in our room in less than 10 mins! Room was in perfect condition, complete with mini fridge and microwave. Had to leave early before 6 am, so we were unable to partake of the complimentary hot breakfast, but they let us pick from what was already available. The hot breakfast smelled good cooking! Will have to stick around to try it next time. Well worth price!!!

Ben, the manager, is a super good manager and all around nice guy. I may go re-apply for a position with his staff, it's just an awesome place, He really runs a good ship. Really clean and really nice with good attention to detail.

Rooms are nice, etc. Lots of good things I hear from others also.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good. Many things to choose from. The room was clean and smelled good. It was convenient to SUU and Bryce Canyon. They accommodated me with an early check in, for which I was very thankful. I am very pleased with this hotel and will definitely stay again.

Good value. I stayed at the Clarion for 3 nights. I arrived Friday evening, checked out Monday morning. I requested late check-in (9pm) and a bottom level room, they accomodated both requests. The room was clean, the lobby was bright and inviting. The breakfast, included with the price of the room, had more offerings than many continental breakfasts. The location of the hotel was also convenient to shopping downtown, the freeway and the great outdoors.

This hotel is pretty great. Our room was really cute and super comfortable. Bistro in lobby offers few options but great to have on site. There’s a small store area with all kinds of goodies. Microwaveable food, lots of drinks, snacks, ice creams, toiletries, batteries even single diapers. There’s a printer in the lobby for guests. Pool and hot tub were really nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

I’m a pretty simple guy and don’t need a lot. I thought Clarion in Cedar City was perfect for our needs. We hiked at Zion, Bryce, and drove down to the North Rim for a day. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had great service. It was so easy to get around town and attractions were 1-2 hours away. Hot breakfast was good and helped a ton when we had early starts. Again I’m a simple guy but thought this hotel was perfect for our needs.

My husband and I (Ryan Case- stayed in room 240 on April 10th-11th) stopped here on our way back from Vegas, and we were just looking for something cheap. This was the first place that came up, and I wasn’t expecting anything outstanding but WOW was I impressed. It was the cleanest room i’ve seen in a hotel. The room was so nice and updated. The staff was extremely friendly. I don’t ever write reviews but I was overly impressed with our stay. 5/5 recommend. seriously.

Nicest hotel I've ever staying in! Extremely clean, comfortable, accommodating rooms. Very quiet and comfy beds. Great free breakfast and helpful staff - we were travelling with a group of 50! Nice amenities, pool, patio, fire pits, gym, food near by. Would love to stay here again! Thanks, Clarion Inn & Suites!!

Fantastic customer service. Love that the pool is open later than most. We arrived about 8 and still had time to swim before bed. The room was clean and updated. We'll stay again next time we come through the area.

A very nice room at a great rate. I'm here for the funeral of a dear friend and being able to get a good room, on the ground floor, for the same cost as the dinner I just shared with my parents who are now getting on in years (he's 82, she's 80) is something I value tremendously, not just now but in general, too. Soon, I'll be here to bury my parents and not my friend's father. I hope it's a long time coming but it probably won't be after all. Thank you for your kindness and care at a time when I need it. You're very good people.

Room was good and comfy. Breakfast was good for it being a pandemic still. Friendly staff. Night shift staff is very helpful when you need something late at night with everything else closed. Would highly recommend.

Very nice. Would stay again and highly recommend. Beautiful modern decor. Fresh cookies and breakfast was the best. We are already planning our next stay here. Dinner at a nearby American food cafe was great too.

It was such a great Bistro!! Very intimate atmosphere. AND they had a FULL bar! A person does not need to wait too long to be seated. Once you make your decision on what to eat it does not take too to get it. And boy is that plate full. A person is not sorry to go there.

Clean hotel off the main strip in Cedar. Staff was friendly and professional. Room well stocked and everything looked good. Cant beat the price...$65/night. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Excellent staff, and nice, quiet room. Upon asking if they had a plastic bag I could use to ice my sore knee, Tawnee not only got me a bag, but proceeded to fill it with ice as well. And the hardest, fastest worker I've even seen ensures that the breakfast bar is well stocked, tables cleared, etc. Thank you for a fabulous start to my day young man!
