Stratton Ronald A DO

I live in Houston, Texas and video chatted with Dr.Stratton at 2 am this morning via my jobs virtual care app. The wait was pretty much non existent, he was fast and precise with his virtual examination, and sent my antibiotics to my preferred pharmacy in a timely manner. Very thankful for the experience with Dr.Stratton this morning as my condition is already getting better!

What a pleasant experience with Dr. Stratton via LiveHealth! Dr. Stratton was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and quick. If I did not live 700 miles away, he would be my choice for a PCP!

Nice doctor! Had a telehealth visit with him and he was super friendly and listened to my concerns and was able to refill a prescription for me.

This doctor is an absolute joke. If you are genuinely sick and are forced to see this man through MinuteClinic then I am sorry for you! I have strep + flu and this man dismissed me saying that it’s not possible to have both. What a joke! I am in so much pain and I’ve been crying so much. This doctor needs to be reported! When I contacted the company he works for and they said they have no record of our interaction. This man is sloppy and a fraud!

I had a virtual appointment with "Dr. Statton" I have a sinus infection. He kept pushing me to get tested for Covid, get the vaccine, get the booster, etc...however, he did NOT even address my yellow and green mucous, headache, etc,...I have a very strong feeling that "Dr. Statton" is a government lackey on the payroll for the CDC, and loves causing damage. DO NOT go to this "doctor" and waste your time with this sick joke of a human being. He is NOT. Healer, he is a HARMER!!! Keep up the wokeness, it will get you NOWHERE GOOD!!!

I had a telehealth visit with Dr. Stratton. I was taken aback at how rude and patronizing he treated me for asking reasonable questions about the condition I was seeing him about. I had a genuine concern and he treated me like a child, disappointing and unnecessary.

This doctor was so rude and was a waste of my time to do a Tele visit with him. He rushed me off the visit and wouldn't even listen to my concerns. I know when I have a sinus infection and just need an antibiotic to get over it. He told me to wait 7-10 days and then do another visit if I wasn't feeling any better. As I was still talking he waved at me and said bye and ended our visit. Then I went and read my after visit summary and he put notes in my chart that I never even said. This man should not be able to see patients.

This guy was a joke! Chewed gum the entire time he was on a tele visit with me. Gave me no real advise or diagnosis. Even when I tried to voice my concerns, he dismissed them all. I ended up going to my primary doctor the next day and was diagnosed with severe sinus infection and given proper medication. This idiot told me to get some rest. Unreal! Extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Waste of money and time! Stay away!

Horrible horrible. We sat in the online wait room for over a half an hour. The dr finally came online and then immediately canceled the visit without any reason why. The appt was for my 5 year old son. Highly disappointed in this dr and truly wish ppl like this weren't doctors at all. Smh truly disappointed and extremely angry.

Total waste of time. Very rude doctor. Laughed at me when I asked about temporary pain meds as if I were drug seeker. Would not listen to my concerns and talked over me. Eager to get me off the phone. Do these telehealth people get paid per patient? B/c that was the feeling I was left with. The call lasted maybe 4 minutes. Did nothing to resolve my issue. Said it was illegal to prescribe pain meds or recommend a physical therapist. Pretty sure that is not accurate. Even if it's true, no need to be rude and rush me off the phone and refuse to listen to anything I was saying. Total waste of time and money.

Just had a virtual appointment with this person. Was very eager to get off of the call and dismissed my concerns. I asked “so you think it is a virus?” And he responded “yep that’s what I’ve stated multiple times”. Talked over me the whole appointment. Waste of my time and money.

Very rude physician. Would not provide any medication for asthma patient!

lazy, short and rude, worthless with a piss poor attitude. go elsewhere
