Cascade Village Ace Hardware

On the day of the freezing rain, they were open. I was off work that day and was pulling people out of ditches. My strap broke. They were the closest hardware store. There was a guy with a friendly smile on his face there, asking me what I was looking for. With his help to locate a good quality tow strap for a good price, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I pulled 2 more cars out of the ditch by the 205 exit. Thanks, Ace!

Close to home and always have or can what I need quickly. The staff is willing to take you to what you are looking for.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Store is clean, organized well laid out, and usually has what I need for a price im willing to pay.

They diligently looked to find the key I needed copied even as I was walking out the door. They did in fact find it & key worked no issues. Top notch customer service; decent pricing.

I love this place for I believe it is family owned and if not family owned it sure gives you that feel. I would also say this is not just from a few visit this is from many visits over many many years. They are always friendly and the best of all is they are always willing to help. Great customer service plus they have every nut, screw, bolt and almost any other unique part you may need.

I got it home. Huge dent in one corner that is t00 much to overlook. Goes back and hopefully they have one that ain't. Rating is for customer service and was fantastic.....read, re-read warranty info....so the dent is livable, they say dent is not a defect, its one of those shipping things, yeah, glad I could push it back almost new wrinkled from stretched metal a few bumper stickers will fix it shape and god help them if anything fails on it.

Super great service, clerk was super helpful and welling to work with me sense they didn’t have what I needed but was able to lower the price on the next best thing that was a bit more then I needed.

The girl who was working at the front desk was very helpful and she was very beautifully lady. I had to get a gift that they don't sell in St.Helens. Make sure that girl gets big thanks for helping me out.

I went here looking for U Bolts but did not find the right size. As I was walking out, one of the employees asked if I had found what I was looking for. After explaining to him what I was in search of, he took the time to steer me in other helpful directions. He went out of his way to provide great customer service and I didn't even buy anything from the store.

Love shopping at this ACE Hardware store! Employees are always helpful and friendly making this a much better experience than at one of the big box stores. They have a great inventory but if they don't have something available in the store they will order it.

I've gone to this store several times and I have been met by a specific store employee each time! His name is Alex. This gentlemen is genuinely respectful and consistently attempting to help you in any manner he can do so. I shopped during the holidays and it may seem like its the Christmas spirit but I sincerely believe that is his genuine type of character! He bring a positive aura to store and its relationship with the customers!

Went here to have a mailbox key made. The gentleman employee helping me was really new. He kept apologizing for taking so long but I kept telling him we all have to start somewhere. This location has pre lit Christmas trees in! I was thinking about snagging one! Very clean location, quick check out and great service!

Smaller, local hardware stores are so important! This store was fantastic, had great customer service, and I was so grateful to find it within walking distance when my car key broke in half. Zach was a genius and was able to make me a new key from the broken one. He saved me a $60 service call to have a locksmith come to my car!! Support your local businesses and come meet these fabulous people!

This review is based off of one experience at this store. That being said, my first time in this store will not be my last as the staff were very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly in helping me with my project. Can't praise the staff enough! I was happy to learn that by buying what I needed in store, I saved ~50% than if I were to buy the same items online from Amazon. Will be back!

Bruce personally delivered a large / heavy Barbecue to my home - after hours and wouldn’t accept a deliver fee. Can’t say enough about this local business. I’ll be shopping there from now on. Great people and competitive pricing.

Awesome hardware store to pop in to when you need a little fiddly-bit to fix something around the house or apartment, but you don't want to venture into one of the big box stores like the homeless despot or blowes. Great staff employed here who are knowledgeable about a wide range of products and techniques. A pleasant experience all around.
