I’ve bought a dozen+ cars from Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights. I drive from Highland for the very best customer experience you can get from a dealership. They always have what I want and help save me the most money possible. On top of a great car buying experience their service department is phenomenal.. the only downside was the 40 minute drive for me but now they have a mobile oil change service where they come directly to me… game changer! I just received my first mobile oil change and it was awesome! So easy! Great service, full change and inspection + the price was right!

Tammy Penna has been my sales person for years. She has always been excellent and the car buying process has been stress free every time! A special thanks for taking care of my car needs after my car was in an accident and totaled out.

Seen a couple cars that I was interested in online, Got in touch with nick a salesman there and checked them out the next day , 2 test drives and some negotiations later I had a new car, Showroom was nice ,salesman were nice , asked if I wanted any extended warranties for car I declined & They did not try and push or sell me anything I didn’t want was a pleasant experience.

We drove three hours from Indiana to look at an Explorer limited. We were met by our salesman with professionalism and kindness. They appraised our trade vehicle as we test drove the Explorer and after we struck a deal they were they best to work with for getting all of the paperwork and registering the vehicle taken care of. They detailed the vehicle for us before we left with it. Everyone we dealt with at this dealership was very helpful, informative, and professional. Thanks again for a fantastic experience.

Suburban Ford is the best place to buy a car. The people are kind and always give a warm greeting at the door. Each salesperson I’ve worked with works hard to understand what I need and deliver within my budget. For my most recent lease, Brandon Jijika handled the whole thing via text and I spent less than 60 minutes in the dealership to turn in a lease and drive away with a new one. Nobody can get you a better deal and these people are kind, efficient, and hardworking.

I can not say how pleased I am with the service and care they show. From the start, Chris Eschenburg was amazing . As a mom with a new youthful driver I was so worried about his safety. Chris was so patient . Answered all my question and maybe me feel secure in making the choice to purchase from them.
Next PJ in warranty or financial area was super helpful. Explained everything and answered all my question.

Eric the car salesman I purchased the car from was quick, knowledgeable and responded in a timely manner. He was upfront and honest about all the vehicles I was considering. The finance manager who I signed the papers with made the process seamless. I will return, and recommend this dealership to those who may be looking.

I stopped by the dealership with a list of things that had to be taken care of, as I had recently relocated from another state, I even had a recall notice. I asked when I could come back and to my surprise, Brandon, the young man behind the counter said it could all be taken care of that day - even said they had a service to give me a ride home and pick me up when the vehicle was ready. Great service! Car was ready in a timely manner!

I feel that the price was fair for my new F150. This is my first ever purchase of a Ford vehiclel. I have been a Chevy owner all my life. I just got rid of a Chrysler product for poor quality. I’ll see if Ford lives up to his name.

This Ford dealership is very friendly, professional, reliable, and dependable. The service department actually answers the phone (Suburban Romeo does not) they do certain procedures in your driveway, and provide rides home. From their warm popcorn, coffee, & hot chocolate to their extremely friendly atmosphere Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights is exceptional!!! These days there are not many businesses I can say that about.

I had Tammy as my sales rep and she is phenomenal. I would recommend anyone needing a vehicle to go see her. I did have to take my truck and the service department did an amazing job. They were very accommodating and polite.
