I've been using the Clark Agency for several years. I've had to file a couple of claims and I had my check in hand within a few days. They also are very good at informing you of new policies that will save you money. I highly recommend them.

I called to get a price for my home and cars. I remembered the name of this agency as a friend had mentioned it a while back.

First impression - the girl answering the phone needs an attitude adjustment. She was rude and was whispering and snickering to someone on our call.
Second impression- I received a call back from Christina but didn’t get far enough to get a quote or even give my information. She was so abrasive! I respectfully declined and ended the call but the phone wasn’t disconnected and I had the pleasure of listening to some extreme profanity and name calling directed at me, before I hung up. I talked to my friend about the experience and found they had switched companies a few months ago due to an extreme decline in the level of service given. I’m not surprised after my experience.

Find an agent that has some level of respect towards you and your family before you trust someone like these people to protect your home and vehicles! They can’t even answer the phone with any level of decency.

Responded once to a request via email. Did not return my reply. Odd.

If they allowed for negative stars I would give -100000000!!! The absolute worst insurance company I’ve ever had for Home/Auto in my sixty one years of life! Worst customer service one could ever conceive of. Worst policy service efficiency one could imagine! And since we never had a claim(thank god!), I can’t speak about them. But given the absolute inadequate ability for anyone in that office to follow through with anything, I can only imagine!
There’s just not enough time or writing area on this page for our complete story but I caution any perspective insurers NOT TO GET INVOLVED WITH CLARK FARM BUREAU!!!
