Delicious Food! The ribs were meaty and tender the best around! Broccoli cheese soup was delicious too. The waitress was absolutely amazing, went above and beyond. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable. I love this restaurant and highly recommend it!!!

After a long day driving for many ours we stopped to eat here with my family and loved it. Allie, our server, was super friendly, polite, and attentive. She kept our drink cups full and made the best margarita! The food was delicious, fast and good portions. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Great staff! Excellent food. I had the ribeye, and it was a perfect medium rare. It's nice to see a high quality restaurant in Milan.

This is our go to place for amazing grilled Cajun shrimp. We enjoy the friendly staff and sometimes indulge in a piece of Big Fat Chocolate Cake a la mode.

We had burgers and pulled pork, all were delicious. Drinks were also great, i had the flavored margarita.

They were very accommodating to our little one that came with us; high chairs and booster seats, patience with their service

I'm writing a great review because I want to say thank you to JR's in Milan. For the first time ever, I had a meal that I didn't really like. I hate to mention things, but I happened to make a small insinuation when we were checked on. Our waitress, Alyssa, picked up on it immediately, gave me a couple of options and went back to the kitchen. Not even a minute later, I was talking with a manager/lead who wanted to talk about my meal, what happened with it, and how I could be satisfied. They were so so so kind and compassionate, really made me feel valued. With a couple more niceties, we walked out very pleased and totally refreshed by our experience.

Thank you, JR's staff for being so great. After a long day at the hospital, you definitely cheered me up without even knowing I needed it. I appreciate you.

Staff is always friendly and informative. Comfortable environment, great menu! We're repeat customers and will gladly come here again and again. Get the pineapple chicken, steak, stirfry, queso... anything really. It's all good! Waitress seemed a little too busy for her section but was super on top of everything. Portions seem smaller than they used to be, prices rose, but that's true everywhere.

Wait staff very friendly and accommodating. The ribs are fall off the bone and so delicious! Smoky flavor out of this world. Had a big selection of beer. 👍👍

Wasn't sure what to expect but the website looked like this might be a local version of a Texas Roadhouse and I would say it was a very good comparison if you have never been to this local small chain of locations.

The food was very well prepared and tasty. I was really happy that my filet was cooked to a true mid rare. The service was great. We will be regulars when we need an easy quick night out.

First time eating there. Steaks were done to order and tasted great. Service was fast and attentive. No complaints! We didn't order any but they also serve alcoholic drinks. Will definitely go back.
