They are humble, down to earth people that seem to understand deeply the stress involving the need to seek legal help. At one point, I was behind on payments while simultaneously going back to court on my own accord to modify an existing order; they reached out to me just to make sure I was prepared enough to go at it alone, despite being in their debt. Then, as soon as I could afford it, I made a large payment toward the balance of the debt. They then decided to write off the rest, leaving me debt free!! They had every right to squeeze me for every last penny but they didn't, giving me so much more hope for the future
