Costco Tire Center

Really great customer service. Big shout out to the Tire Center team on the night of Dec 8th, 2021.

My low tire pressure warning light had come on twice in the matter of 3 days. I had noticed both times when pumping air back into the tires that my rear left wheel was consistently low before pumping air.

I decided to visit the Tire Center after pumping air in the parking lot. Upon seeing a mechanic (he was even in the middle of something), Anthony, I told him my story, and he patiently listened and advised me to go to the sales desk inside the lobby entrance of the Costco.

I recounted my story to the sales employee, Kaira, and she checked for any open appointments. Seeing that someone hadn't shown up for a 7:30pm slot, she went ahead and put me in! I was covered under warranty for the tires I had bought from Costco, but she was very clear, concise, and friendly at explaining all the possible situations and in giving directions for what I needed to do to get my car serviced.

Even though 7:30pm was the last spot before closing and my appointment was last minute, the team identified the nail in my tire and performed the swap for a new one. Amidst my personal confusion about the process, all the employees that I encountered (Anthony, Kaira, Justin) were professional and courteous. Even when the tire center was closing, Justin and Kaira held open the garage bay doors to talk to me when I had multiple follow questions.

I hope this review speaks for itself that it was a pleasure to get my car serviced at this Costco Tire Center.

Big Thanks to Rob who works here! I was driving with family and felt left rear tire was not good. Immediately stopped and found out the tire was almost flat. Filled air at nearby gas station and took car to this Costco place. As expected, they did not have any appointments as time was around 5:30. I reached out to one of the guys working there and he spared some time out of busy duty and he checked my car. We came to conclusion of a leak in a tire and decided to take it to service center next morning. At the end, when i extended a tip for his help, he gently did not accept saying this is his duty to help. I would like Costco to recognize this guy for being a good employee and more importantly, a good Human being!! Thanks again Rob for your help!

Kaila at the phone, Anthony at the front desk and Rob, the technician that fixed my flat tire in Tesla were all super nice & helpful! Simply the best in town, they saved me money and tons of time! Thanks guys! Keep up the great work.

Got 4 tires installed, didnt like them due to road noise and stiff ride. Came back and was FULLY refunded and allowed to upgrade to a better set of tires. No questions asked. All the guys that work there are curteous, knowledgeable, and actually want to help. If you are complaining about time, use the appointment website. If you are a walk-in, then expect to wait or drop off and come back. You can't just expect to pop in and be takin #1. Its like a barbershop or any good restaurant. First come first serve or you better have a reservation. Sure, its busy, but most reputable establishments are in fact busy.

Rob, superviser was more than helpful. he made sure my vehicle was safe most importantly, and made sure that i knew EXACTLY what he was taking care of. i would 1,000% recommend this place. everyone was super helpful. only down side is the wait.

I have been giving Costco full 5 stars, for customer service, products and pricing! The same applies here too!

Everything went well for me. No complaints, walked in looking for 4 new tires and drove out with them in an hour.

The main source of waiting is the processing of the paperwork and the repair itself,which if you compare it to a regular mechanic,who could take a whole day? It's NOTHING. We looked around the store,had a couple samples,went shopping,had lunch and viola car was ready😀 No problems with the job,tires were great and customer service was pretty decent.
I highly recommend them and I will go back.
