By far the absolute best body shop I've ever worked with, this is actually the second time I've had them work on my truck. After using them I'm never going anywhere else. They are extremely professional.

My most recent experience was this past summer when my car was hit by a moving truck from behind. It was a terrible process dealing with the moving company's insurance but Sal's always remained on top of things, kept up with communication and looked out for my best interest.

When I picked up the car, I felt like I knew everyone since I interacted with almost all of them in one way or another. My car looked brand new and was even detailed inside and out. That was the cherry on top!

I have been a customer of Sal's for over 40 years now. At first it was just for me way back when I was single, then i got married and brought my/my wife's car there as needed, then we had children who grew up and drove, and I had their cars fixed there as needed.
Sal's does nothing but top notch service and quality work. I always been 100% satisfied with their work and how they treated me during the repair process.
Additionally, they have a great rep with all the various insurance companies I have had over the years, since when the insurance company asks/I tell them I am using Sal's for my repairs, they have always given me positive feedback about my choice . . . e.g, "great choice", "good guys", "OK, no problems with them"
That alone told me i was making an excellent choice for car repairs.

I was in a car accident in February of this year, and I was recommended to go to Sal's Auto Body to take care of the damage. I just want to say that Randall was great! The service I received there was top notch and my car looks fantastic! I highly recommend them! Great family-operated business (3 generations, I believe!). No one wants to wind up at a body repair shop, but if you find it necessary, these are the people you should go to - honest, trustworthy, friendly, accommodating, quality workmanship, people you can trust. This is the third or fourth time I've taken one of our family vehicles to Sal's. This time after hitting a deer with my pick-up. If I need body repair services again - not too soon, I hope! - without hesitation this is where I will go. And I was pleased to find out my insurance company (USAA) recommends them to their policyholders.

The best customer service! Very professional and pleasant Team. I have received updates every day. Randal went beyond to make sure I got my car back before the holiday and even did some extra work without charging me. (Thank you, Randal). My car was as good as new again! This our second time working with Sal's Auto Body Shop and were very satisfied with their service. They made the whole experience stress free and they do excellent work.

Unfortunately I'm kind of a regular here, but there's a reason I keep going back! This last visit involved them going above and beyond, as my dashboard suddenly began showing strange malfunctions that had nothing to do with the collision damage they were assigned to repair. They took it upon themselves to take it to my dealer, who performed the necessary software upgrade. They did not charge for the extra time, they saved me a trip to the dealer, and my car looks beautiful. Highly recommend.

Sal's matched the paint perfectly. They couldn't find my hood as this a rare car, so they fixed the existing hood beautifully. I had to bring the car back for a minor problem and they took care of it right away. I would definitely recommend Sal's with no reservation.

My 2014 Honda was complete in a reasonable time and the work done to it was pretty flawless. Staff was friendly and informative with text updates of my vehicle repair status. Good job guys and thank you.
