I used to get my supplements in person from this place, but their service is pretty bad. In person they are awkward and rude. Since I left the area, I have purchased online from them a couple times but it used to take nearly a month or more for me to get the delivery :( I have not ordered from them online since it takes forever for shipping... or from the other reviews it seems that they don't ship at all? Maybe their service has worsened.

I am having the same experience as Kate. Order confirmed, payment made, product not shipped, phone number disconnected, email inquiries ignored. This business is either a scam or incompetent beyond comparison. I’m disputing my credit card charge.

This place is a scammer. I ordered in Feb 2019 and have not received the product, even though they took the money out of my account immediately. I have sent emails with no response. They emailed me that it was shipped on May 3. How? Is somebody walking with it? Don't order from this company - it's a fraud. I'd give them no stars.

I have waited more than 2 weeks for my order. Went on the website and it says I have never ordered anything- yet I have an order # and the money for it has been deducted from my bank acct. I tried calling the phone # and it’s been disconnected. Have I been scammed- or is this a real place?!

Same with me. No payment made because it's pending with PayPal, but I've notified PayPal and canceled my order with PayPal.
