Sushi Metsuyan

Great place to have lunch with friends! Met my friends here who were staying in northern NJ and I'm in NYC. Really easy trip there, you can take catch the bus right on the corner to and from port authority! The food was delicious and we were able to hang out and catch up for almost two hours with no one bothering us. Highly recommend!

Took a buddy who came from another country out to eat, he said he wanted to try out some kosher sushi 🍣. The food was fantastic, it was cold outside, and they sat us near the door and it was very chilly by our seats. Wait time for food was too long, we ordered approximately 6-8 rooms and it took them over 20 min to prepare. Other than that, the food was amazing.

Fantastic! First time here and was very impressed with the fresh, high quality food. Salad, dumplings and sushi, especially the torched salmon were superb.

Awesome place! Our go to spot for date night, taking guests from out of town, or just grabbing a quick bite to eat. Good food takes virtually no time to prepare, tastes incredible, and the workers are friendly and fun. So bring your own beer, come hungry, and ask for Diego. We're sure you'll enjoy as much as we did!

Great store and very nice staff. The food was great, though they should try to expand the menu and have other more non-shushi items on the menu.

Nowadays there aren't really that many kosher sushi places around, but sushi metsuyan has really great sushi. Would definitely recommend.

Wasn't sure what to expect after having been disappointed at many other sushi restaurants in North Jersey; but this place delivers. Fresh and large portions! If you get craving for sushi and you're in this area this is your spot

Pretty good sushi and service.

This is a good restaurant for picky eaters. (We've got one in our family.) They let you put together your own dishes. As a matter of fact, the restaurant was good for three generations in our family. We'll come back.

My favorite sushi place. Love the TNT, black dragon, and Kawasaki rolls. They're French fries are awesome. Service has usually been good.

Best Kosher Sushi, period. I don't care what else is out there, this place is the way to go. The staff are very friendly, and the sushi, salads, and soups were delicious. The best of Kosher sushi. Not a gimmick like the others.

Three of us went. We all had sushi, several different kinds, including vegetarian, and we were all very happy with our food.
