Five Points Bank of Hastings

I've always had a good experience with this bank, tellers are always positive and always has a treat waiting for my puppy.

If you care about being treated respectfully and integrity, this is not the bank for you. They don’t take fraud seriously or investigate it and pass the buck except if it’s their dime. They are careless and dismissive of questions and concerns. Their attitude is simply “If you dont like it, go somewhere else. We simply don’t care.” They definitely have a big city attitude about keeping business and don’t have time for questions or concerns and answer with form letters. Don’t believe their advertising which claims that they care about small town people because their actions prove that they don’t.

The mobile app is a joke. Doesn't work half the time. The mobile deposit, your better off going to the bank to deposit. That's if you can get a teller that isn't rude to you. Or can read a check right and put it in right. The list goes on and on. I would recommend finding a different bank. There policies are a joke! Hope no one ever banks with them they are all cons.

If was able to leave zero stars I would. This bank is a joke. Horrible customer service, doesn't care about their customers needs. And don't seem to care if they keep people using their bank
