I never ever write reviews but this agency was so awesome. These guys live up to the name 5 star, well sort of, because I would give them 100 stars. When I bought my new car I called my insurance agent and of course they weren't open on Saturday. I called Five Star and not only were they open but their rep got me insurance with the quickness. She was professional, easy to deal with and extremely quick. They automatically shopped for a lower rate for me when my policy was ending and saved me money.
