Soft Care Dental Group

I just recently switched dental practices and have made two visits to Soft Care Dental. The entire staff is extremely responsive and very professional, from the front desk to the practitioners. Zero wait time for my appointments. The procedures are carefully explained and great care is taken to ensure patient comfort during procedures. My mouth is very happy and my teeth look great!

I’ve been going to Soft Care Dental for quite a few years now and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Unfortunately, in my experience, not all dental offices always provide good care. Dr. Bhagat and Dr. Dureja are both amazing and I completely trust them with my dental care. They are extremely professional, kind, patient, caring, and detailed every step of the way. The front desk staff and assistants are genuinely kind and polite. There is never a long wait time for your appointments and they are very accommodating when scheduling. Everyone’s professionalism and kindness at Soft Care Dental is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend! :-)

Softcare Dental- If I could give 6 stars, I would! I have significant dental anxiety issues due to horrible past experiences. From the moment I entered the office, I was made comfortable. The office staff is welcoming, friendly, and caring. Both dentists, Dr. Bhagat and Dr. Dureja, are very patient and care about their patients. They understand my fears and show compassion and understanding. They treat me with dignity and respect. In addition, they are wonderful dentists. They listen to me and my concerns.
I would recommend them without hesitation.

Wow! Can’t even begin to explain how awesome this experience was. I’m one of those people who are afraid of the dentist but here my fears vanished. They made me feel so comfortable the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted with big smiles and great conversation. The dental assistant Tiffany was awesome she was super informative and patient with me I loved that! Definitely consider here when looking for dentists that will make you feel at home!!!!

From the first call with Marilyn to the appointment where I met Tiffany the hygienist and Dr. Parnika who even remember our social conversations from last visit! They were all attentive to making me comfortable during the visit. The entire staff was professional, friendly and courteous. Thanks to all! I would recommend this office to anyone in the area!

I’m very impressed by the competence, professionalism and compassion at Soft Dental. I had many questions and all were answered until I felt secure that I had a plan in place. Thanks to both dentists and especially to Paola whose knowledge was great as was her ability to explain dental procedures.

The best dental office I have ever went to---hands down. I would follow Dr. B almost anywhere in NJ she goes. She is the best dentist out there. She truly cares about her patients and her staff is top notch. My whole family has transitioned to this group and are happy and healthy under Dr. B's care. There is a warmth and friendliness about the office that speaks of how highly they value their clients without any compromise to cleanliness, efficiency and comfort. Every staff member makes you feel at home and relaxed; they take the anxiety out of going to the dentist. Both Dr. B and Dr. D are thorough and yet extremely gentle. I cannot rave enough about how extraordinary the whole staff is. I highly recommend Soft Care Dental Group to everyone.

Nov. 8, 2022 - A wonderful dental office. The dentists are so caring & very professional; they have much patience also. The staff is so helpful, will go out of their way to answer questions. They are always smiling, wonderful young ladies. It is a very clean office also. I would truly recommend this dental office. Thank you.

The ladies here so sweet! I love going to the dentist and everyone here makes it easy and fast to do so. Scheduling is a breeze as well. The receptionists, hygienists, and dentists are very knowledgeable and kind. They always remember me and greet everyone with a warm smile. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a more personable and laid-back dental facility.

Recently moved to the area and needed a dentist. Had some issue that required a root canal. I initially chose Soft Care because they had late and weekend hours and they were in network. After my visit I was impressed with the care I received. Granted no one likes going to the dentist or like complicated procedures but this was by far the best dental experience I've ever had. Their name is a true representation of the care you will receive. I ended up having a root canal and it was a pleasurable experience. No one had ever said "I had a root canal and it was great" usually you're uncomfortable and in pain...not numb enough etc.. but not Soft Care it was great. Dr. Parnika is truly personable and educates her patients. I like that during the process she was explaining what was happening so I didn't have my imagination running wild with crazy ideas of what was happening. Great dentist and staff. A patient for life

Since the first moment our family walked in to Soft Care Dental Group, we felt very welcomed. The whole staff are very kind and caring, making sure my kids felt comfortable with their dentist visits and not to dread visiting the dentist. Every time we walk into the office, we are greeted with a smile.

My name is Drew Militano I was diagnosed with sleep appnia. I'm 70 years old and was made aware of my condition by my wife who noticed I stopped breathing. I went for evaluation and was given a cpap machine. It lasted two days. Sent it back. By luck my beautiful wife Amy read about soft care dental and their ability to design an appliance that fit in my mouth. I DON'T SNORE ANYMORE. REPEAT I don't snore anymore. Amazing dental office. Dr. Dureja is by far the best Dentist. She is caring, professional and well informative. She is amazing with kids, my 7 and 4 year old can't wait to go the office for their next dental visit. She is kind, friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend this office.

Great experience! Dr. Bhagat is very attentive and covers all details. I get all my dental work done from her. My daughter (5) loves Dr. Bhagat and can't wait to go back. Very caring and professional office staff. I would highly recommend the practice to my friends.

Just recently my wife saw Dr. Dureja for her dental problem. She was in a lot of discomfort due to sensitivity in her teeth and not to mention, nervous. But, it ended up being a great experience. Dr Dureja is so knowledgeable, ethical, gentle and a kind person. Great and helpful office staff. Highly recommend.
