great doctor. terrific skills. gets to know you as a person not another "Case". you cant find these types of doctors in the big mill corporate run practices. He is a true gem doctors. Dr. Flores know what he is doing and will go out of his way to help you.

Very dissapointed with Dr. Hip Flores. My husband (Anibal Flores ..no relation) a patient of his for over 25 yrs was denied a refill of his meds. We are in Puerto Rico for 7 months and due to the pandemic our flight has been cancelled three times . We are now scheduled for mid-August. Dr is refusing to fill the prescriptions. He is claiming that he has not seen him. True!! He always wants to see him every 3 months which to me is not necessary..milking Medicare and Aetna. No need for an office visit to review bloodwork results that many times he does not even have readily available..👎👎 Very upsetting to say the least!!

Excelente doctor

I’m writing this review to save you time. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here. Dr Julio’s office is dirty, smells funny and even having an appointment, I still waited an hour and 30 mins. He also never called me for my test results, I had to call several times and spoke to a woman at the front desk and she gave me my results that also took an hour to be sent by email. He’s a waste

This office is very old, the waiting time is always over an hour even when there is no one in the waiting room. I took a blood test and never received the results after 1 month of waiting. I called the office several times and never got a call back from Dr. Flores. I had to make a new appointment and lose another 2 hours of my day to get my answers. Once at the doctor's office, I showed him a medicine that supposedly give me some bad allergic reactions ( back itchy). So to prevent this the doctor prescribed me the exact same medicine at a stronger dose !!!! I realized this only after going to the pharmacy because the doctor never gave me any details about this "new" medication I was about to go pick up at my pharmacy... I will never go back to this doctor!!!

Not too happy to be sitting here in this office made an appointment at a certain time. Arrived 20mins early and they still had me waiting a really long time... took me to the room 30mins later and still wasn’t seen by the doctor...I asked the the assistant how long was my waiting time and she said “Im not sure” don’t understand why they would give me an appt time and one hour later I still haven’t been seen By the doctor.. Making me late for work.

Unnecessary repeat visits for medication refills. Unnecessary tests done. Very long wait to be seen.
