We called Rick in for a bat problem after another company had started, but was not doing adequate work. This other company was also pressuring us to do a lot more work that we weren't sure was needed.
He was prompt, easy to communicate with, explained everything in detail, and was courteous and professional. He explained what this other company did well and what they didn't, and encouraged us to talk to other professionals as well. We never felt pressured into making a decision.
After he completed the work, he walked us through everything he did step by step and made sure we were happy. We feel very comfortable with how thoroughly he executed the job.
Bonus points, his partner on the job sang some lovely tunes while they worked ☺

We had a serious infestation that was ongoing for years. It began with field mice then rats. My neighborhood was infested. After only one visit they ceased to be here. It's been 3 months and absolutely no sign of any rodent. Banner is also so affordable. I now have such peace of mind.

I contacted Banner Pest Control on their website and was called back the next day. He gave a very reasonable quote and came a couple hours later. I can see why Facebook was flooded with people recommending him. Rick was professional, explained everything well, and removed the wasp nest promptly. Highly recommend!

Had 2 types of pest issues but after educating me on one of them, did not turn out to be an immediate one. Rick could have easily recommended an expensive option for that one but didn’t. Took care of the more important issue right away. Very pleased.

About 1 year ago I hired them to treat a mouse problem. Rick showed up and he seemed like a nice guy. He treated the pest problem in different way until we found what worked. I then this past season expanded to the outdoors to treat mosquitos and insects. Since he treated for mosquitos we can now go outside at night or swim without getting bit alive. Thank you Rick for your hard work. I will support a family company any day over a large chain.

Found a very active yellow jacket nest forming under our pool deck, the night before we have our big summer gathering. I didn't expect such amazing service, especially last minute. I happened to text Rick, the first pest control person I come across. He came out the same night! Suited himself up, annihilated those yellow jackets and was on his way. I even got a pic of the nest. Thank you so much Rick, you've got a lifelong customer!

Reached out to Rick about 2 hornet and yellow jacket nests that we had on our patio. He called back and was out to the house the next day. He explained what would be done to address the nests. The yellow jacket nest was under the siding and in the cinder block foundation. Because of the difficult location Rick was back a couple of days later for a second treatment to make sure the nest was eradicated. Very satisfied with Rick and Banner Pest Control.

I would recommend Rick if you have any wasps/hornets problem. I told Rick the issue where there were something crackling in the ceiling, with limited info, he knew what it was right off the bat. The fact that he came the same day I spoke with him and treated it, is a big plus! He’s very nice and knowledgeable. The guy really knows his stuff!!

He did not return all our calls. He DID get rid of the pests.
Fees were reasonable. No more mice!

I woke up with a couple of bug bites one morning and went right to the worst case scenario, that it could be bed bugs. I called Banner looking for an inspection, and Rick answered. He listened carefully to my situation and offered his services within a day or so, which is very reasonable. After sensing the anxiety in my voice he did ask if I was looking to have somebody check it out sooner, and he was over within 2 hours between jobs. He came, inspected my room, bed frame, and mattress as well as educating me the entire time. After looking he told me that he did not think I had bed bugs, but to follow up via phone call or text within a few weeks if anything new came up. He was incredibly kind and professional! I would highly recommend Banner because of this experience - you can tell when somebody truly cares!
