Got a CVT with extremely low miles for a great price. They even delivered it to the garage who's going to put it in for only $20! Who DOES that?! I was referred to Dave Rossotto of Bow Auto Parts in Bow, NH by Sal Agliata of George's Auto Body in Woburn, MA. Sal has done a lot of business with Dave over the years and highly recommended him. I have done a lot of business with Sal and respect him as a trusted business partner. I had been waiting on and looking for a part for my 2010 Nissan Maxima for about 7 weeks with no success. I called Dave 12/18/23 and he located the part the same day that we spoke. I paid for it that day. He ordered it that day and told me that, even thought it was being delivered over the New Years week, I would have it by 1/5/24. The part arrived at Bow Auto Parts on 1/3/23. He informed me that it had arrived and would be delivered to my mechanic on 1/4/23. Everything that Dave told me would happen did happen, and a day early to boot. The part is in excellent condition. I found Dave to be very efficient, possessing excellent follow through skills and extremely courteous and friendly through out the entire process. If I ever have the need again, I would work with him again in a New York minute. By the way, my mechanic, Theater Service in Winchester, MA had similar rave reviews about Dave. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone who has a need for his service and products. It is rare in this day and age to find a person and company that makes aggressive promises and then exceeds them! I have managed many companies in my business life and specialized in turning them around. I always did my due diligence. I was having four new tires put on my BMW X5 and was called from the tire company telling me that one of the rims was cracked. I needed to get a new rim, so I called Don at Bow Auto Parts. He sold me a rim at a fair price in great condition. I explained to him that I did not want a rim that had Road rash on it as it would bother me because I have OCD. The rim arrived the next day by UPS, and it was perfect. I was very pleased with their service Accurate description and fast shipping. Thanks, Don.

Update: About 2 months after I ordered these tires ^ , had to purchase another set of new tires from Trevan. My teen driver lost a battle with a curb so Trevan and I had a good laugh then he immediately found another set and had them to me the next day. His prompt and professional service was a life saver! Although I live in another state, Bow auto parts helped make finding the parts i needed and shipped them out to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend Bow Auto Parts if you’re looking for parts that are the highest quality. But just as important is the personal attention the sales people give you with their professional knowledge and follow through. I worked with Eric who specializes in Lexus equipment. He stayed in contact with me through texting and with phone conversations so he knew exactly what to order for my vehicle. Then he was able to get me an upgrade for a little bit more, the part arrived a day earlier than expected making it a smooth transition for installation. If there were more than 5 stars I would give them. Overall I’m giving Bow Auto Parts an A+ rating.

Have purchased numerous engines/transmissions from Bow Auto Parts. Great people to deal with and the engines/ transmissions always come cleaned up, removed with care - it shows. Staff is always friendly. Warranty is great. This place blows most salvage yards out of the water including big places like LKQ. They are pricier but you get what you pay for - you want to do the job twice - buy from a cheaper junk yard, want to do it once and right - go here.

Needed a new engine for a 2009 Subaru Outback. Found Bow Automotive on the web. Nathan searched out a low mileage engine, and got it delivered in 3 days. My mechanic was impressed on how it was professionally removed and prepared for shipment. It runs great, thanks to Bow and Nathan. Their price included a great 6 month parts and a generous labor warranty, and they were less expensive than a higher mileage, lower warrantied engine from LKQ. Highly recommend!
