Crooks, scammers, no good people. Amazon needs to remove this company as one of their third party distributors. They will send you an empty parcel. They are the biggest scammers.

Beware of this third party fulfiller! They send out empty packages and then take forever to refund their customers back. Filthy scammers, beware.

Do not, I repeat, do not purchase anything from these crooks. They are absolute scammers. Do your research, which I didn't do until after I never received my product and they had already taken my money. They refuse to give me money back and it's been over a year now - I still do not have the item I purchased. If you're on Amazon or Walmart's websites (which is where they normally sell their trash) - search for them in the search bar and read all of the reviews. It's always the same thing. They are horrible. They take your money and you never get your purchase. But they will never refund. Avoid these losers at all cost.

In my experience, this company should be avoided at all costs. Ordered a product through Amazon which was fulfilled by this company. Received the wrong items. Provided photos documenting such and return was approved. Item returned and received by seller two weeks ago today. Despite policy that refunds issued 2-3 days after a return is received, still waiting on my refund 2 weeks later. Have opened an investigation with Amazon. Hopefully they get kicked off as a seller there, they currently have a 13% dissatisfaction rating on Amazon for the last month.

I ordered from Walmart.com and it was out-sourced to this supplier. My order has been sitting on the ground in New Jersey almost a week! I should have received it two days ago. The voice mail box is full. the other number is disconnected. And all the business is nothing more than a warehouse. I am giving just one star because you can't post without picking a star.

I went through Walmart.com and ordered Dove Men postbalm. When it FINALLY arrived, it was an empty box with absolutely no product. It was a scam. When I went to Walmart, they said that they couldn't do anything because it was through a 3rd party seller. I am very disappointed in Walmart for using this seller, and the seller for shipping me an empty box.

When I received my order I opened the box only to find it was empty. I emailed customer service and was asked to send pictures of the empty box. They then emailed me saying it was impossible for me to have received an empty box but they would issue a refund anyway. They were rude when I am the one who didn't get what I paid for. I will never order from them again. Scammers!

I Ordered a pack or 6 Deodorant sticks via Amazon and was sent 2 Deodorant sticks. Amazons price was supposed to be $3.39 per stick.
OTCRx4U price was $9.99. I contacted OTCRx4U via Amazon, their reply
was 'You have have order other product from us. if don't want the product . Kindly return us back We would refund you accordingly. You have received correct product & qty which you have order or mention on amazon,

Customer service, None!

Horrible non existent customer service. Ordered one thing...got another...my wife spoke with an argumentative Mark who claimed it "wasn't his problem " after receiving multiple email photos showing the mistake. He refused to make things rightstating we need to ship it back at our expense. Saying that this guy is unprofessional would be a compliment.

bad company-only sent partial order-5%. I told them I wanted the rest. They said no-mistake on price-send it back for refund. I said I do not want a refund I want you to honor the price, that I already paid for. They said no.Fishy Co.

This is the third time the company claims that they have shipped an order when they have not. Then, when you contact them they just keep saying "we shipped it." If you place an order and don't receive it, there is no way to resolve it. Don't order with this company ever.

Extremely terrible seller! I purchased and item via Walmart and not only did they send the wrong item, but it was already opened and used!!

This company charges freight on individual quantity of items. Ie: order one pay for freight and item, order two pay for items and an extra freight charge, order 3 and pay three freight charges. Deceptive and unethical when they consolidate the shipment and pocket the extra freight charges.

They sell old used products on Amazon and thru Walmart. Buyers be warned.
