The food was delicious with amazing homemade whole wheat toast. But I really wish I could give the Service 10 out of 5 stars, because it was the best I've had in a LONG time (if ever). Owner, Jean McKenna, greets you at the door with a smile and is patient, kind, warm, and welcoming. She makes you feel like family, and makes sure you are taken care of every moment of your meal. Feels like being home in the best way. 🥰

Great place! We are often in Littleton and don't know why we keep missing this place. Its Awesome!!! Great food good prices and great diner atmosphere. Exactly what a diner should be. They also have the best home fries I have tasted in years and years!!! They need to give out more on the plate!!!! Please, I am begging you!!! Get the home fries!!!!

From the moment we stepped into "The Coffee Pot," it felt as if we had been whisked away into a bustling diner hub, reminiscent of a scene from an old-timey movie. A harmonious blend of retro charm meets modern-day hustle, adorned with quirky decor and lively chatter.

My daughter, the budding gourmet, dived into a plate of pancakes so fluffy, they could've been handcrafted by clouds. Drizzled with real maple syrup and topped with the freshest of strawberries, they were nothing short of a breakfast dream.

Meanwhile, my wife opted for the McKenna Special. Two perfectly cooked eggs over medium, glistening golden home fries, crispy wheat toast, and a sausage link so massive, it should have its own zip code. A breakfast masterpiece!

As for yours truly, I indulged in the Chef's Hash Special. Two sunny-side-up eggs resting atop a corner of savory beef, accompanied by their signature homemade rye bread. An experience? More like an expedition of flavors.

But let's talk service - genuinely top-notch! Friendly faces all around, eager to ensure our breakfast adventure was nothing short of perfect. And when we inquired about hot sauce, they presented us with an array that would make any spice aficionado's heart sing.

A word to the wise: This gem is no secret. We noticed a line of eager patrons outside, all waiting for their turn to experience the magic of The Coffee Pot. But let me assure you, every moment of the wait is worth the culinary journey inside.

In short, if you're in search of a breakfast experience that's equal parts delicious, delightful, and doused in charm, The Coffee Pot is your haven. We're already plotting our next visit!

We are their yearly seasonal regulars!

We came here once years ago when we were staying at a nearby hotel. Loved it so much that i have to visit anytime I’m in NH. We drove an hour today from Jackson nh just to get my favorite breakfast. The staff is always so attentive and kind and the FOOD!!! Omg it’s literally worth the drive, worth waiting for a table, worth a visit anytime you are in the area!! Highly recommend biscuits and gravy and steak & eggs. The French toast is to die for. Love love love

So this is not an ultra modern trendy be noticed place. However, it's clean, comfortable and cozy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was good and so was the price. I would eat here again and I'd highly recommend this establishment for a really great neighborhood "joint" feel.

WOW! As close to the perfect breakfast as I have had for a very long time!!!
I had scrambled eggs, toast, bacon, and hash browns and coffee. Everything was hot and cooked to perfection. The waitress, Cathy, was outstanding with rapid and pleasant service, quick on the refills for the excellent coffee. I felt more comfortable with them than I do with most family! Just that kind of place. My second time there and can't wait to get back there again. Very fair prices and nice dinner menu as well.
I really appreciate a great meal and boy, I got one there.

I was in the mood for waffles this morning and The Coffee Pot did not disappoint. I ordered the Belgian waffle and it was perfection. The waffle was thick. The strawberries were sweet and cool. I have ordered in other restaurants and got warm berries that had no flavor. This Belgian waffle was perfect. Their name is perfect because they have excellent coffee. The price was half of what my husband and I pay to eat elsewhere. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend and will be a repeat customer.

Take out breakfast was a wonderful experience. They had the BEST blueberry pancakes I've ever had hands down. The homemade donuts were amazing as well. The prices were amazingly cheap for what we got as well. If I could rent an apartment next door I would eat here daily without any hesitation.

“Make America kind again” - such a great and empathetic motto that the owners and the staff live by. An institution at Littleton, this quaint diner serves hearty meals with a touch of nostalgia. Loved my waffles with strawberries & cream. My friends and I also had the privilege of meeting the lovely owners who just embody grace and kindness.

Fun place to get breakfast or lunch on Main St. I went with my son and he got a waffle with whipped cream smile face

My old friend, Faye, recommend this place. Her reputation remains unblemished.

Update:
With the Littleton Dinner down to weekends, this was my best choice for a Tuesday morning meal. It was packed, but moving smoothly for a 29 seat diner. I think the 3 waitstaff were channeling the Flash. Meanwhile, my Breakfast sandwich and home fries were perfect. The coffee was good too!

Cute little diner tucked in on Main Street in Littleton, NH. Service was wonderful as the employees were very kind and happily greeted you as you walked in. The owner, Mrs. McKenna, herself, is right in the open greeting every customer to come in to her cute little diner. Prices on the menu was perfect, Not too low and not too high. Serving size was wonderful for the price and the food tasted amazing. My boyfriend and I recommend the corn beef hash, Belgian waffles, and the steak and eggs for sure. My steak was cooked perfectly, homemade toast fluffy and perfectly toasted, corn beef hash had the perfect amount of crunch and was very flavorful. This is now our favorite spot for breakfast. If you’re looking for a great place to eat with very kind service, this is the place for you! As you can tell by our plates, we were very happy with our meals.

We planned on eating breakfast somewhere new every day during our visit to Littleton but our first choice was the Coffee Pot because my mom remembered the restaurant from her childhood. The food and atmosphere was so good that we ended up returning here every morning and never ate breakfast anywhere else!

We tried different specials every day. My favorite was the liver and onions and my mom’s favorite was the ham and cheese omelette with a side of hash browns.

The waitresses were attentive and there was a lot of funny banter between them and the customers. This place runs like a well oiled machine in the limited amount of space they have. I love the food and old school diner charm, please don’t ever change!

Fantastic little diner. My husband and I spent a weekend in the area and visited this little gem a couple times. We felt right at home. The owner/operator has owned it for years. Wonderful experience with locals.

If you like old school diners this place is for you, depending on the time you might have to wait a bit but it is well worth the wait. Staff is very friendly and even if you are just visiting they treat you like a friend they have known for years, the food is like Grandma use to make and comes out fast and hot. Next time we are in town we will be going back.

Title: A Delightful Breakfast Experience!

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a charming breakfast spot, and I must say, it left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I was in for a treat.

Let's start with the star of the show: the French toast. It was evident that each slice was carefully crafted with love and attention. The texture was perfect - crispy on the outside, yet wonderfully fluffy on the inside. Every bite was a burst of flavor, and I found myself savoring each mouthful. The McKenna special, with its homemade toast and succulent sausage links, was equally delightful. The quality of the ingredients truly shone through, making for a memorable breakfast experience.

But it wasn't just the food that impressed me. The service was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every customer felt welcomed and attended to. From their friendly smiles to their attentive nature, they created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made my visit even more enjoyable.

Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this breakfast spot to anyone seeking a delicious start to their day. The French toast and McKenna special were outstanding, and the service was nothing short of exceptional. Whether you're a local or just passing through, make sure to add this gem to your breakfast bucket list. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Note: Remember to always check the restaurant's current operating hours and availability before visiting.

Stayed in Franconia to do some hiking and found this breakfast spot one morning. The food was delicious but the best part was meeting Jean, one of the owners. She was actually our waitress and has the best personality! Definitely recommend stopping here if in the area. We had French toast, eggs, bacon, sausage and home fries. All so good!

I was came by the Coffee Pot when I was looking for a little bit of everything for brunch. The prices were extremely reasonable, the portion sizes were perfect to be full, but functional, and the staffs are incredibly pleasant and fun to interact with!

I had their soup of the day and a half sandwich, and was overjoyed that their bread is made in house (white or wheat)! They’re thickly sliced and beautifully crisped and toasted. Heaven on a plate, for real!

It also a really cozy diner vibe to enjoy your meal, so I’m not surprised that they’ve been around for 42 years!

Pro tip: just get the Strawberry Shortcake made with their homemade biscuits. You won’t regret it!
