Brought my X700 series Lawn Tractor in for repairs they did a Great job repairing it and getting it done in a timely manner . A special thanks to the folks in the service department especially Courtney who kept me informed of what was going on . Again Thanks for the Great service.

When our brand new JD tractor coded out on us this weekend, Heather and Smaz responded immediately with parts and service on a Sunday. We had 100 acres of hay down on the first stretch of sunny weather this summer and Smaz kept us moving . Great service, thank you both.

Had a small issue with the mower deck on my tractor. I contacted my salesman, Tom, who quickly put me in touch with Zack, the Service Manager. Zack arranged to have my tractor picked up the same day and it was delivered back to me not only repaired, but washed as well, within 48 hours. Great service from not only the Service Dept, but also the Sales Dept. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a tractor or have service work done to your machine. I bought a tractor from the John Deere dealer in North Haverhill New Hampshire. Tom Mayo was my sales person. He was awesome! I also just purchased and had installed a snow blower. They were timely courteous and kind and delivered it in a timely. Thank you!

During COVID, major purchases can be challenging. Bob Taylor at this location is more than accommodating. After many emails back and forth I finally decided what was going to work for me and Bob was extremely knowledgeable on all of the various options and helped me make the best decision. Very transparent. Delivery was included and was smooth and simple. The delivery tech was happy to review various features and functions and even followed up that same day regarding a missing manual.

We recently purchased a 2022 590M John Deere Gator and had Big Mike as our Salesman!
Can I just tell you Mike was Awesome! Not only did he keep us Completely Informed Every Step of the Way but he Lived Up to Every Word which is Large in Today's World! He should be commended with a Merit Raise for Going Above & Beyond!!
