What a treat. Small, quaint dining room in historic building on Main Street. We opted for the tasting menu with wine pairings. The food was delicious and the chef delivered a number of the courses personally. Service was great.

My son and I were on our way to VT, and we stumbled upon Timbir Alley Restaurant in Littleton, NH. I am sooo glad we did. It was the best food we had in a long time, pre- or post- COVID. The server was warm and wonderful. The ambience was welcoming and comfortable - not fancy or stuffy. Homey. Really relaxing. And the food was out of this world. I would drive to this restaurant from our home in MA just to enjoy their amazing food all over again. Keep up the great work, Timbir Alley! You all are outstanding!

Our expectations were exceeded. From the friendly service to the deliciously prepared meals Tim-Bir Alley is an experience. The food is incredible and prepared by the chef/owner himself and brought directly to us. It feels very personalized. It’s a small intimate restaurant with only a handful of tables, the perfect place for a quiet meal.

The staff at here made my dining experience exceptional. They welcomed me warmly, offered expert menu guidance, and ensured every detail was attended to. Their teamwork and attention to detail stood out, creating a memorable visit. Dining here is not just about the food; it's about the exceptional service they provide.
Normally I stray away from pork because it usually comes out dry at other restaurants but I decide to try The Grilled Porterhouse Pork Chop and it was a flavor explosion. It was perfectly grilled, tender, and bursting with savory goodness. The seasonings were spot on, creating a mouthwatering experience. It's a must-try for anyone who appreciates the art of grilling and the magic it can work on a premium cut of pork.

We had an amazing meal. Rivals some of the best restaurants we have been to, including Menton in Boston. If you come to Littleton, come to Tim-Bir, you won't regret it. We had the olives with remoulade sauce, the salmon burger and the truffle Mac and cheese with bechamel sauce. All were fabulous and the drinks were great, paired with a Pinot Noir from New Zealand that was austere and perfect for what we had. Kudos.

My husband and I first experienced the chef's amazing cuisine at Sugar Hill Inn over 10 years ago. When we found out that He opened up a restaurant in Littleton, NH we were thrilled. From the service, welcoming environment, and outstanding food it is a gem of culinary delight. Fresh, delicious, and diverse food that is filled with explosions of flavor. Highly recommended this restaurant for any occasion!!!

The food was absolutely delicious! We loved the calm, warm, and quiet atmosphere. The service was great as well. For an appetizer we ordered the cheese selection and we were not expecting the combination of flavors they brought us. We highly recommend this place for an special dinner.

This is hands down my wife’s and my favorite restaurant in the White Mountains. Chef Val’s cooking is Michelin-star caliber and easily on par with the very best restaurants in Boston: bold, creative, artistic, and varied. Lots of seasonal/local ingredients. The atmosphere is warm, comfortable, and authentic. The wine list has some good values and there’s a nice selection of cocktails at the small bar. Chef Val and his wife Nancy are super welcoming and accommodating. And the service is professional yet friendly. We highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a fine dining experience.

What a delicious meal
Worth every penny
As a chef myself I’m very picky about what I eat and this place surpasses my expectations.
Love the fact that the menu is limited, it encourages trying different things.
The salmon confit was flavored differently then mine and I loved it
Can’t wait to come back and see what’s on the menu

Last night 3 of us had dinner. All 3 of us had the Monk Fish. Mushroom app and salads. Dinner was awesome. Our server was great - friendly and helpful. Loved the Barr Hill martinis. A really nice Saturday evening in Littleton. Thanks Tim-bir Alley.

Had dinner at Timbir Alley this weekend and it was stellar. There isn’t another restaurant of this caliber around here. I can’t believe reviewers complaint about slow service. It takes time to prepare fine food! Head over to 99 by Home Depot if you’re in a hurry…

Timbir Alley is a wonderful fine-dining gem in the rough. The selection is excellent. We had the seared tuna, chicken, and duck burger; all were superlative. Even the polenta with the chicken may have been the best polenta I've ever had, and polenta is generally not exciting. Service was great and it's clear Chef Val has put together a wonderful spot.

The food was phenomenal. The restaurant is very cozy and intimate. We had the salmon Napoleon, beet salad, gnocchi, and sirloin. All were top notch. One of the better cooked steaks I've had. The sauces were excellent.

Our server was very attentive and gave great recommendations. Beer and wine pairings were also excellent.

A quaint little spot with delicious fare. Doesn’t look like much from outside but very homey inside. We ordered several apps as well as salmon, pork, and gnocchi. The Cesar salad was delicious as well. The chocolate moose was also good. Very friendly atmosphere. We did go there on a Monday night so it wasn’t crowded. Highly recommend reservations. Our thanks to the chef as well as the server. She was excellent!! Side note- they were able to accommodate my daughter who has some food/nut allergies.
