There was no wait for a party of two for lunch on Sunday. It took a while to get a waiter's attention and order. We got the lamb sukka, the chickpea saag, and a chai.

It took about 15 minutes for our food to come out. Everything was delicious. I loved the tenderness of the lamb. The rice really absorbed the flavor of the saag.

The food was so great we got takeout another time and ordered the mutton biryani and the chicken curry. Again, both dishes were amazing. I definitely want to come back and try more of their menu items.

Very good Indian food, authentic and tasty. I tried the butter chicken, kerahi mutton, garlic naan and fish briyani. The chai and mango lassi are also really good. I visited India last year and was craving for India food since I came back. The search is over, this will be my go to India restaurant.

Great little hidden gem of a restaurant. Had to really walk around to find this place tucked and hidden in the corner. Prices are great and food is given in great portions. Ordering appetizers and entrees at the same time messes things up, they bought everything out at the same time and our table was over crowded with no room to comfortably eat.

Masala dosa tasted good but it was a little too crispy, fell apart while trying to eat it. Butter Chicken was ok, I've had better at other restaurants but the portion size and the amount of chicken they put in made this place a must come back for me. I'd rather have a good size of decent food as opposed to very little great food. That's just the type of bloke I am, I'm always hunting for optimal protein in my meals and this place delivers!

Lassi was thick and heavy on the yogurt but decent overall. There was a fly or two buzzing around which annoyed us while trying to eat. GF got the chicken garlic noodles and she really liked it. Again the portion size for it was amazing.

Overall this is a pretty good spot and the portion sizes make it a great value spot for me and I will be returning here with family to try more dishes.

If you are eating here the first time, the restaurant is hidden in the back of the Marriott hotel.
The food is very delicious. The Indian cuisine serves authentic food with rich spices. Portion of the size is decent. You can have left over tomorrow, too. The price is average, not too expensive. Great customer service. Very polite people. I'll recommend this restaurant 👌

Finally an Indian Restaurant within delivery distance that I like. I was tired of being constantly disappointed by the Biryani from nearby restaurants so happy to taste some good Biryani. They also have Indo-Chinese dishes which is always a huge plus. Will definitely be ordering again from here or visit for a dine-in experience

Update - Went for dine in during Lunch (almost closing time) and thankfully had a good experience in person too. Not sure if it was because of the timing, but the Biryani quantity was pretty good and it tasted even better. Chicken Kurma was spot on and the layered Barotta was soooo fluffy and yummy.

Really good Indian food here. We ordered some Samosa, Ghee Dosa, Chicken Dum Ka and some Gajar Halwa. Everything tasted great but the Chicken Dum Ka was the highlight- the curry tasted too good.

We have been meaning to visit Cumin N Eat for a long time, and must say, it was worth the wait! The mutton biryani was delicious - a giant portion size (I got some packed and had it for two meals) and it was really spicy (I picked level 4 spice)! The mango lassi was super good too, especially after all the spicy food. My husband had garlic naan and paneer vindaloo, which comes with a serving of rice. He liked both of those too. Service was very good and quick, although it would be great if they would offer some drinking water with the food.
There are clean restrooms and there is good parking space available around the plaza that has this restaurant.
Yummy yummy food and we will be back for good! :)

This is the underdog of modern Indian food... it's the cleanest and most friendly place you could go to (and I've been to over 50). They got spice levels for everyone, so your group would be happy to order to their liking.

Direction:
Don't follow Google's. It's gonna take you to the Hotel's entrance. Just park where you see chili's and walk between them all the way until you see it on your right hand side.. it's a hidden gem, enjoy!

We we’re coming back from New York and stopped here for dinner. We had Baby corn manchurian, goat sukhha, chicken 65, plain dosa and masala dosa. We loved their baby corn manchurian. We love all the starters we had ordered especially the baby corn. I definitely recommend you to try that. Their dosas were very crispy. Daal and chutneys are also pretty good. Especially the daal was made very well. My kids enjoyed their food as well. We had asked them to make their food very mild. The people at this restaurant were very friendly and courteous.

Our first visit to this place in jersey. We tried a few other places for biryani, but this place is the best for mutton biryani. It's made just like we get in India. I totally loved it. We ordered a few others like mysore masala dosa. This was too crispy, and the masala was tasty, served with 3 different chutneys and sambar. The sambar was so delicious. We even ordered garlic Naan with chicken chattinadu gravy, totally this restaurant did not disappoint me. I highly recommend this place for some South Indian dishes. One negative thing here that I observed is that there is no handwash in the restroom, which is also used by employees, so please maintain the hygiene and the quality of food, and you will just grow in the business. They give sounf or mouth freshener at the counter too.

One of the best Indian restaurants I've been too. Being a born and raised South Indian, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to have authentic Indian food. The dosas were great, the naan and curries were authentic. The Barotta(AKA Parotta) could have been a little softer, then it'd taste even better.

To anyone going there, everything on the menu is totally authentic Indian food. And be sure to get all the cold Indian drinks, at least for takeout. Everyone you know will love it.

This is a really good Indian restaurant in Secasus. The cuisine is more South Indian based. So be pared to indulged with higher level is spiciness. We ordered Egg fried rice with Chili chicken, Mutton Biryani and Plain Dosa. All the items very really good and highly recommended.

Have ordered here a couple times and each time they have surpassed my expectations! Very friendly staff and authentic Indian cuisine, not to mention the food is always hot and fresh. This time I ordered chicken korma, samosas, and garlic naan. The chicken korma had just the right amount of curry and spice and paired well with the delicious garlic naan and rice. The samosas were cooked to perfection and tasted great. Prices were also fairly reasonable and portion sizes were good. Would definitely recommend checking this place out, especially for people that are new to Indian cuisine!

Awesome food, great flavor. Portions were a nice size. Very friendly staff! The location is tucked away behind several other businesses/restaurants, but it's more than worth a short walk. Best food I've had in a while, I will definitely be back.

Be aware that Cumin'N'Eat is hidden in a side court. If we hadn't been determined to find it, we'd given up and eaten at the many other visible restaurants in the mall. But it's worth the search. We have visited a few times with different guests. The flavors have been consistently good and we always leave stuffed and happy. We haven't tried every dish yet. The menu is compact but extensive with at least a dozen regional sauces mix-and-match with proteins and vegetables; and a choice of spice level to coddle 😋 or punish 🥵. The staff are friendly and attentive.

If an Indian restaurant that sells dum biryani understands ‘ Double Masala ‘ & nails it, you know the Chef knows what he/she is doing 👍🏾. Their consistency is incredible. The biryani is closest to what I ate back in Hyderabad. Haven’t found anything close in Michigan , OK enough 😁
Samosa are fresh, mint chutney is good.
Masala Chai is good.
Mutton Sukha is excellent.
Chicken lollipop is juicy.

Lovely staff, place is very neat.

I was craving Indian cuisine and Indian desserts, and oh boy, I was NOT disappointed. My friend and I started out by getting the Rose Milk and Mango Lassi for drinks. That Rose Milk was so addicting and I could not stop drinking it. I got the lamb makhani (medium) and my friend got a curry chicken (medium). To us, the medium was not spicy at all, maybe we should have went for the spicy option. It was still very delicious and they provided us with a lot of sauce and rice. Later on, we got the chili garlic naan, and let me tell you, that was the most fantastic flavor combination. We dipped that in our sauces, and that was beautiful. In the end, we also got rasmalai (a famous south asian dessert), and it was truly very authentic and delicious. The total was ~$50 for two people, a bit expensive, but to be fair, we ordered A LOT. I was very full and satisfied.
