Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They haven't serviced the porta-potty in 3 weeks and I have called every day and sat on hold every time until I just gave up waiting. On avg I waited 15 to 20 minutes before giving up, the longest was 54 minutes, I just put my phone on speaker and put it down on my desk just to see if they would ever answer. My only option now is to stop payment on the credit card and see if that gets thier attention. By far the worst site service company I have ever used and I've been in construction management for 25 years

Not the greatest customer service. Did the site quote and no one responded. Called and they took my info for a call back. I asked for a turnaround time for call. He said, that I can’t answer for you. I explained that I never got the call back before. He said give it three days and basically and rushed me off the phone.
