Jess & Dan gave me the confidence to accomplish a crow pose & inversions! I never thought I could do yoga at this level. They are always nearby to keep you safe if you choose this type of practice. The gently heated classes help me get deeper with flexibility which is a preventative for running & everyday busy life. 💗

This studio has made such a difference in my life. It’s amazing how much I have accomplished thanks to Jess and Dan’s guidance and encouragement. I have gained strength, focus, and confidence by taking classes, and I have made so many wonderful friends in this yoga community. This community is so supportive and goes the extra mile to help others. If you’re looking for a workout that’s worth it, you need to be here!

If you are looking for a more robust Yoga exeprience that is never the same then this is your place! Dan & Jess go the distance to listen to students to offer what the students desire. No other studio in the area offers the "extras" that we get with each practice. I'm the strongest and healthiest I've ever been. Days of exercise addiction and running myself into injuries are behind me because of The Yoga Connection 1103!

Jess & Dan are the most experienced & caring yogis I have ever practiced with. I am so grateful to be part of their strong & positive group! This is a place for all skill levels with no judgement. I am including a photo taken of me at the studio because my smile is how I always feel when I’m there.

The Yoga Connection offers a variety of yoga classes. My favorites are the Power classes where each class is different. Each person is challenged and celebrated in a casual friendly environment. Such a great workout!

Dan and Jess are very knowledgeable and make you feel like family. The heated studio is very comfortable a positive environment for a great practice.
