Doctor and staff are amazing and have been helpful since day one when we found a stray kitten and without taking our name lent us a carrier. He's conservative with medicine (in the best way--willing to treat/test when necessary, show us how to perform tests/record/etc so we get control groups and can recognize patterns) and not gimmicks, which I appreciate from the old school horse world stuff (one of our cats needed an ultrasound specialist and although inconclusive he personally called to say we'd be welcome for a 2nd opinion/no hurt feelings--we decided to wait it out because same lab and it healed itself so he described a lot about animal physiology). He also figured out one of our cats had a major digestive issue and has gladly taught me how to check eyes and teeth and what to look out for. One of our cats is very afraid and he's great with him, and the other cat now is so used to the vet, she gets silly and rolls around a little so he can play with her a few seconds first. The staff is familiar with ours as well and is so compassionate and to the point, and on the phone when we haven't been able to come in, they've helped me identify whether things are emergency or not, how long to wait, etc. I also couldn't believe this but as we only have one car, they invited us to bring in our cats early for a drop off and sometimes late pick up when transport is an issue. Maybe that's a small issue to some people, but for low income, that's life changing, and the team has been completely honest with us about what treatments are necessary and what won't make much difference at all realistically and teaching me how to do things on my own/what to recognize so I can do minor things myself. That's kindness.

So people are aware, there is often a long wait due to it being a small practice and some emergencies so bring a book, seriously. Great way to get reading done!

Had a remarkable experience with this Veterinarian!! He provided me with a wealth of information regarding the care of my pet rats. I was extremely pleased with his genuine care and concern for the boys and appreciated his recommendations. Definitely choose him for my pet care needs!! Much thanks to the friendly and helpful staff as well!!

10/10 the best place to go for pets all shapes and sizes. My leopard gecko Kevin would be dead if it wasn't for Dr.Roerig and his team. They went above and beyond to care for him. Kevins eye was so infected we thought he would lose it or die but with Glen Manors help Kevin is now a lively happy gecko with both eyes.

This was my first time there and they took excellent care of my kitten they had her spade and her first round of shots for a reasonable price. All the staff I dealt with on the phone and in person were wonderful!

Dr Roerig is a kind man who cares deeply about animals not $ I have used him for over 15 years for two dogs

Wasn't even a patient here and they took our family bunny in same day I called. I believe the fast action of this team saved her life. She is 100% now and I'm forever grateful for this team for making room to see her on a clearly busy busy day.

My experience with Glen Manor Veterinary Hospital was beyond all my expectations. They truely showed care for my animals and treated them as if they were their own. The doctors made sure that we understood what was wrong with them. They took good care of our chickens when they got sick. I brought my bunny here to get spayed. I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the front desk staff. The place is nicely decorated with an aquarium, and several helpful signs. I was able to bring home my bunny the same day. Affordable prices. I will be definitely be coming back here in the future with my bunny.

Our dog Roxy had to be euthanized this past week when she failed rapidly. We didn’t want her to suffer. Luckily they were still open in the evening and told us to come right there. Phillip Roerig was so informative of the process and compassionate with not only Roxy but us as well. I highly recommend Glen Manor Vet for your pet.

I've taken my pets to Dr. Roerig for many years. I have always found him and his staff professional, caring and knowledgeable. If I have concerns or questions they have ALWAYS provided me with an honest, straightforward answer. A few years ago he saved our one dog's life by performing emergency surgery on his intestine and stomach. He called and left a message around 11:30 that night that the surgery was successful! I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else if given a choice. Thank you for all you do and the continued services you provide!

The place is a bit old but the vet is wonderful, staff are hard-working and pleasant. My vet was closed. This is my second time going to Glen Manor They took me in as a walk in. They didn't turn me away.. He treats all animals big and small.
Doc gave my Hamster a complete physical. ears teeth eyes and he listened to her heart and gave her antibiotics. Nibbles is doing well 💕 I work in the OR trust me I will be changing vet's !

Dr Phillip Roerig DVM excellent vet he always explained everything that is going to be done. My cat name Max He did test ultrasound and other testing. He found the problem so he gave me medication for Max and Wet dry food for his diet. It's been three days Max starting to feel better. He has a UTI also cystitis and kidney stones. Hopefully the medication and his new diet will clear everything otherwise he will have to have surgery. I just wanted to say Thank you to vet and all his associates in his office.

Amazing caring staff and the Vet is wonderful. Always trust him with all my pets. This veterinarian is about the animals better welfare, healing and comfort, then racking in the dough. I love that they really care about animals, all the staff is sweet and attentive.
Have used them for 20 yrs. And will continue.

Great vet. Very attentive to your pets care. Helped us with our dog who has pretty bad separation anxiety. We're able to get his monthly prescription there for much cheaper than any online sites. I will certainly continue to use Glen Manor for my pet care.

11/11/19 Update: Continued to provide extremely attentive care for every visit. So happy with this facility. They're great and really do care.

This vet is very affordable and so friendly! My husband had to rush my baby guinea pig there, ended up being nothing more than a scab (silly me), and the vet took excellent care of her. He explained everything we needed to do and sent us home. They accept care credit with no minimum which is wonderful! They are my new exotic vet!

Great Vet Techs, great Vet. Had an emergency with my dog, they took him in and helped him out in 2 seconds. When I asked for a bill the tech smiled and said "it took us 1 minute, it's ok" in 2023, what business does this?

My female kitten Maisie was having post-operative complications from her spay surgery. She stayed overnight at Glen Manor and when I came to pick her up, she was completely back to her sweet, happy, energetic kitten self! The staff there gave her all the pets and attention she required (which is a lot) during her stay. And the bill was SIGNIFICANTLY less than I anticipated.

Every receptionist I speak with is extremely sweet and helpful. Also, check out their awesome pet odor candles by the front desk. They're worth it.
