Walgreen was as it usually is; clean, organized and well lit.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The pharmacist was amazingly super helpful and knowledgeable, very impressed, and hope to see him again, but he's probably traveling like they all seem to be lately

Pharmacy staff were super helpful getting me an emergency supply of my medications that I ended up leaving at home in Maryland!!!!

I was surprised to see the horrible ratings because my experience would definitely bring me back if ever in the area again.

I really wish that I could give this Walgreens a better rating. There are some staff that are kind and try very hard, a lot of customers are quite rude to them when there are wait times, and I understand that they are an understaffed pharmacy serving many towns. My only complaints are that to refill a prescription is a challenge, our prescriptions are always delayed by hours and occasionally a day. Sometimes their automated system calls me to say I have prescriptions ready, when I don't, and other times I am expecting a call and get none. My suggestion is to offer your staff a customer-based incentive, morale and customer satisfaction will improve. Happy employees and dependable follow through creates satisfied customers.

Ever since Walgreens took over this place it's been a disaster. They are always short staffed, and I know that isn't the fault of the people who work there, but it impacts all of us who need our medications nonetheless. Whoever is in charge of this Walgreens seriously needs to hire more staff, the people here are very obviously overworked and they're rude (probably as a result of stress). At the very least I would appreciate it if they were honest and said "We will text you when it's ready." Instead of saying it will be an hour or so, then you go back and they tell you to wait ANOTHER hour. Really wish this place stayed a Rite Aid.

Updated to add - the hours posted online are wrong and the hours stated on the refill reminder call are also wrong.
I have tried filling 4-5 prescriptions since they opened. It has taken 2 visits (3 in one case) each time because of a never ending list of issues including missing customer info, missing prescriptions, overlooking pre-auths needed (only due to change over of pharmacy, not change in any of my info) missing child's info, including her insurance). The pharmacist and techs are clearly confused and overwhelmed with the changes and now every one of the 3 I've seen working act very openly like they hate their jobs and everyonewho comes in. Not just with me, but with everyone. I hope they get their act together soon, because unfortunately this is the only pharmacy nearby. I can't believe I'm saying this but I miss Rite Aid. This transition has been a disaster.

It is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. But now this tops it all. I have a prescription to pick up and the whole store is closed. Black Friday...if there was another pharmacy close I would go there.

Absolutely terrible! Awful! I took someone that needed to fly home to a foreign country to this Walgreens to get a Covid test. He booked the test the day before; I drove him 45 minutes to this location and the pharmacy tech told us that the equipment they use to do the test is broken. What a joke! You should email and or call the person to tell them not to come, or not allow the appointment to be booked. Bad service!

It's the worst pharmacy in the area. There's always issues of some sort, scripts not filled on time, delays because they used the wrong insurance first or they don't have medications in stock, the pharmacy is randomly closed once for a week without explanation, the pharmacist isn't there until after medications were supposed to be filled, and today I watched the pharmacist be borderline rude to an elderly irritated customer who didn't understand why there was an issue with his script . If there was another pharmacy in town, I would go to that one instead, because I've dealt with this nonsense for three years.

Now drive 45 one way to get prescriptions due to poor customer service. Staff act like your bothering them if call with question or need assistance. It was our family pharmacy for 25 + years but rather go out of my way than feel like we are bothering someone . We won't be spending a dime there unless no choice and have to have item . Only one front staff girl that actually pleasant and had smile each time you came. Everyone local will know who it is

Wish it was still a Rite Aid. Not very People friendly and pretty sure when the charged me $100.00 for One Touch Strips they overcharged meI edited this review 2 weeks ago and somehow the updated review disappeared!! This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with! I am going to go back to driving to KINNEYS in Lyndonville where I have always received 5 star treatment.

Awful. Every single time I have to deal with the pharmacy they are short with me and rude. When I asked a question about something on my file the woman responded with “I don’t know” whithout taking the second to check. When I persisted on her checking she said “sure, wait a second” and slammed the phone down. Only to come back and respond with “yup, anything else?”

Her tone was so off putting it’s embarrassing for the location and management.

All I wanted was to see if my boyfriend’s epilepsy meds were ready…

Tells me that they don't have my daughters prescription, that it's at a different location. Go to the other location and clearly they don't have it call lancasters location back then this woman wants to have an attitude with me. Next doctors visit definitely refusing this walgreens. And no not the first time going there and they mess up.

Staff is continuously rude, whether you go inside or use the drive thru. They act as if you're bothering them. The older male pharmacist is completely ignorant. Even over the phone I was tested like some sort of pill seeker even thou all of my meds are non narcotic. I think the whole staff back there are completely wretched. Too worries about taking to eachother and giggling to do their jobs, and the disrespect is beyond comprehension.

Not quite sure why the pharmacy is closed at 4:30 on a Thursday even then the posted hours say they close at 5PM. Who closes a Pharmacy at 5PM anyway, so if you work until 5 you straight up have to find a different pharmacy.

Let's not mention how 3 out of 5 times needed medications are delayed by weeks or months, but can be picked up at any other pharmacy in a 20 mile radius in the same day.

Pharmacy hours are different than listed online... also pharmacy closed 5 min early...I drove 20 min to get there and I just needed over the counter meds they keep in the pharmacy, not a prescription and was rudely told they couldnt help and I should have gotten there earlier. Pharmacy worker was still in the store... I spoke to him...Thanks for the good service
