This Dealership service department has a Steller reputation. If I could I would give this dealership a 10 Star rating unlike Kele who purchased a 20 year old antique and expected a new trailer. the sales team is exceptional and not pushy. the finance options she questions are absurd in that no Bank or Credit Union will finance a 10 year old Travel Trailer, let alone a 20 year old Antique Airstream. Kele was informed of other issues with this trailer and CHOSE NOT TO HAVE THEM ADDRESSED OR REPAIRED! I am skeptical of her entire review. She should have spent the $125,000 and purchased a new one!

Jessica, Shawn and the service gang have treated us very well over the past couple of years. We bought our Airstream in VA and it has had several issues, fortunately most covered by the extended warranty. We have also stored our trailer there. Like anyplace these days, folks are busy, but we always feel listened too and enjoy working with them. We are still trying to tackle some of the warranty items but much of the delays have been due to getting parts, not due to the service department. We recommend Airstream of Lebanon although we have not yet dealt with the sales department.

Since I had bought my new 2023 Flying Cloud only two months prior, every week, something else wasn’t working. Water flooding my floor, drawers not shutting, ceiling leaking, bunk bed collapsing – these were just some of my issues. It was brand new! Desperately, I stopped by Airstream of Lebanon.

John greeted me at the front door, and after hearing my grievances, he walked me back to Jessica, Airstream’s Service Manager. Attentively, Jessica listened. She educated me with information I was not aware of, including the Pre-Delivery Inspection Form (PDI) every new owner should receive. I had not. Then she pulled out her magic wand. Little did I know miracles were about to happen.

Between Jessica and Paul, her assistant, Rick was already inside taking care of my bunk bed, Tony, my hitch, Sean, my tires including my TST devices and stop nuts. They went down my list. I’ve been to Airstream of Tampa where I had purchased my trailer and also to Airstream of Gainesville on my way up from my home in Florida, but there was no comparison to the efficiency and expertise awarded me that morning. I probably wouldn’t have had all my issues had I purchased my 2023 Flying Cloud from Airstream of Lebanon in the first place.

Airstream of Lebanon people are professional, thorough, and know what they’re doing. They have integrity. They definitely excel.

Three hours later, I left with a smile. I was satisfied. I had come to the right place. They gave me a new Airstream perspective. Thank you, Jessica, Paul, Rick, John, Sean, Tony, and Mary. It’s been a pleasure meeting all of you.

Always friendly. Today was a solar issue and Sean was great at problem solving. Mary helped me with product purchases, Paul is such a great face to the experience as he is personable as well as very knowledgeable! And Jessica rolls with the punches no matter how busy. Had work done on our Flying Cloud and had a full dealer inspection.
This is a first class team (Jessica, Shawn, Paul, and Mary) with exemplary responsiveness, communications, and follow up.
When you contact Jessica, you get an email back within the day if not sooner. Paul does the intake superbly. I gave him a long list and every item was handled. Mary is as good a detail person as I have seen. And Shawn has a wealth of experience and knowledge and is focused on "getting it done."

Kudo’s to the entire team at Airstream of Lebanon Maine! We took our 28’ Flying Cloud to them last November 2021 for a side body panel replacement and they did an absolutely fantastic job, it looked brand new when we picked it up a few weeks ago. It was fully detailed inside and out and they addressed of all our punch list items! They even went as far as ensuring all the bright chrome trim strip matched from new to old. It’s obvious they take great pride in their work! They are true craftsman and their attention to detail when fitting/matching/riveting the large side panel with all the external connections was easily apparent, you would never have known it was replaced! As important as quality craftsmanship, their customer service was 5 star! They kept us apprised of the repair status on a regular basis and quickly replied to and accommodated any changes/requests we had. We picked it up in late February 2022 and hit the road to Florida the next day.

Bottom line… I highly recommend Jessica and her team at Airstream of Lebanon Maine for any warranty/repair work or just to give your trailer some TLC and take care of the little odds and ends that invariably need attention.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and unbelievably friendly! I had a self inflicted issue, and was stuck in a bind. And Sean was able to answer all my questions, and was VERY patient over the phone and fixed my issue. Thank you Sean, you are a Lifesaver!

Great service department! The Alde system on our new Classic stopped working when we were in Northern NH (1400 miles from home). We contacted the Airstream dealer in Vermont. They were not able to help us for months. We called Airstream of Lebanon, Maine on a Thursday. Jessica, the service manager got us in the following Tuesday morning. They took us in when we arrived and immediately went to work on the trailer. They got us back on the road later that day. They are a dedicated Airstream dealer! I would highly recommend using them if you are in the area. Thanks to Jessica and her team.

We are on our third Airstream all purchased from this dealer and their sister store in Nashua, NH. They have always treated us fairly and have gone above and beyond to make sure we had a positive buying experience and promptly takes care of any minor issues we have had. These guys are so nice to work with. I feel comfortable with them, which is a rare thing for me. Most dealerships we’ve dealt with weren’t very open about information and they didn’t allow us to test drive anything without a purchase agreement. These guys took us out without my having to ask and Chuck was super patient and calm even though we’ve never driven an rv. Awesome people.
