Lowe's Home Improvement

I went to Lowe’s Home Improvement store in Rochester, NH yesterday for several items, but mostly for a stepladder that was adequate for helping me load two 50-pound kayaks to the roof of my SUV. I need one tall enough to reach over the rooftop but wasn’t too steep of an incline on the front side to keep from falling backwards and not too steep of an incline on the backside so as to keep me close to the side of the car without a long reach. Before I purchased, I asked about refund policy - - it was easy. If it didn’t work for the purpose that I needed it for, then just return it. Bought Werner 4 foot for $52.98. I tried it today and it worked just fine - - ladder is sturdy.

Very rarely have a negative experience here, late night cashiers are almost always friendly, I even had a vendor go out of his way to help me. Keep up the positive atmosphere👍

Chris in appliances helped me out big time with a refrigerator that I ordered and was too big for the space which was my fault. Even though I made the mistake he still treated me like it wasnt an issue and got the new one reordered and matched the sale promotion

I would like to thank the Lowe’s manger in Rochester NH. We were short a number of wreaths to lay on veterans graves in Rochester. I spoke with the Manger and with in 15 minutes they donated 10 wreaths to the American Legion Riders Post 7.

Very helpful staff & plenty of them anywhere someone might need assistance - very large store at this location. If one employee isn't sure they'll find someone who knows or can help find what your looking for. As an outside vender with a job to do - I had several employees as well as a manager to assist within minutes. Had my job completed, no issues & I was out the door. Nice crew. Thanks all.

We bought a griddle from Lowe's, and Steve was super helpful and patient with us. He answered many questions and helped us a lot!

Lowe's is my preference over its competitor, HD. They seem to have a better selection and the store is laid out and organized better than HD. It seems cleaner and neater, too. I've never had a problem getting an employee to help me load heavy or bulky materials.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful, much more so than the orange store. I continually appreciate the generous attitude of workers here.

I love that I can bring my small dog in and there is usually help very close by if you need them! Got a variety of everything in there. Just redid a room so got flooring and a new door and windows.

Quality and quality compared to Home Depot.

I need to recognize your employee Stuart at store #160 Washington Street, Rochester Nh. He is an exceptional employee, always very helpful and knowledgeable with a great attitude. I'm not a Contractor but every time I go to your Store I spend @ $300 dollars and he is a big part of that. I for that reason I don't shop at Home Depot. Please recognize his exceptional work.
I am Captain WALTER Fletcher. Veteran from Airborne Ranger GREEN BERET and Delta Force- Tier 1. 37 years retired so I know a valuable person. Don't let him go. As a matter of fact whatever he earns he deserves a raise. He works in the paint department but seems to know where everything in the store and takes his customers to where the product is. I because of him will always be a loyal customer to Lowe's.

LJ crushed her second day on the sale floor. She was so incredibly helpful and kind helping us find the best window shades we needed. She even held my stuff while we got a cart. Her through and positive demeanor was amazing. Also shout out to Anthony in appliances who was able to sort out an issue with delivery 30 minutes before closing when my stove delivery confirmation didn’t show up. Thanks to Kyle and Tyler for help with load outs as well
