The whole team at Rochester Family Dentistry is very friendly and committed to helping make it a great visit!!!! Dr. Moon is very professional as well as knowledgeable and compassionate. He is committed to seeing that you get the best care. The entire team reflects the same sentiment!!! Ashley cleaned my teeth and was awesome. When I was checking out everything was explained to me and a price for the plan for my fillings. Very happy with the service provided.

Amazing, Gabby was incredible and friendly, very gentle and explained everything as she cleaned my teeth and took x-rays. This was my first visit and Dr Moon was excellent also. July/2022
I broke a tooth and the dentist I had been using couldn’t see me. I called and within a couple of hours I was in the chair! The office staff were very helpful and friendly and Dr. Moon and his assistant were great! I should’ve listened to my husband and became a patient a while ago - lesson learned!

August/2022
My temp crown popped off on Sunday, Monday am I received a call to come in at 1:00! It all worked out, perfect timing for the permanent crown came in. Once again, office staff, dental assistant and Dr. Moon were all fabulous! Thank you!

October/2023 - As always the staff was helpful and friendly. The left side of my mouth was quite uncomfortable to where I had a hard time eating. It came on quite suddenly. I left a message. When they returned my call, I was able to get an appt right away!

As someone who was always hesitant to even go to the dentist Dr moon and his staff made it easier and less stressful.
The staff is always so friendly, helpful and reassuring. They always do their best to get you in as fast as they can!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at any dentist! I’m 62 and have been going to the dentist since I had baby teeth. And this is coming from someone who HATES the dentist, and has had many panic attacks in the chair. I was so comfortable with Dr Moon. He explained everything!! He took his time, answered all my questions. I never felt rushed, at all! The best experience! The entire staff was wonderful! I wish I remembered the girl who did my X-rays, but she was super kind and gentle! Answered questions too! Excellent dentist office! I highly recommend !!
