AT&T Store

The sales representatives are great here. They are informative and helpful. They also did some troubleshooting with some issues. We ended up getting new devices and they were set up with no real issues. The layout is open and they have plenty of stock to look through.

Jelana was the representative who serviced our account. To say that she went above and beyond is an understatement. We came in to upgrade a phone and l left with resolved problems on our account that we didn't even know existed. She was apologetic for us having to have dealt with employees from an authorized retailer who come to find out lied to us in order for us to buy more products/lines. Jelana was completely transparent with us during the entire process and even though we were frustrated with the situation, we were so happy that she was dedicated on getting it resolved for us. We are so grateful for Jelana's patience and persistence on working towards a resolution for us.

Roosevelt P was our sales rep and could not have been more polite or helpful. He introduced himself, shook our hands and quickly got us our new phone and helped us back it up and get it set up. He is the man!! Best AT&T rep there is hands down!

Roosevelt & Matthew went above & beyond to make me and my mom feel comfortable when purchasing new phones. They were pleasant, friendly, and professional. I would definitely go back to this store!

The people were excellent. I'm glad to see that a lot of the staff of the store were different than the past. Previous times I've gone to the Middletown location and have been unable to solve my issues. Not this time, I worked with Roosevelt and he went above and beyond

My visit to AT&T was excellent Mr. Roosevelt help me from the moment I walked into the store he didn’t make me feel like he was trying to just sale me anything he was very helpful i left an very happy person

Had to make a number of changes to our plan, switch it from business to personal, take a phone off and add a phone line to one of the phones were keeping. After wasting over an hour of my time on the phone, I drove over to the store and Zach Capote Knocked it out of the park!
Can you exactly what I was asking for, got it done quick, and sent me on my way with a smile!

Joel literally did magic for me!!! I wasn’t able to switch my number over because t mobile was giving me a hard time but this ATT location was able to do it…. I’m in shock and absolutely so thankful they were able to help me. Especially Joel he went above and beyond to help me I can’t believe we were able to get this done!! I’m going to kiss the floor in this store!!! My business is back up and running because of these wonderful people at this ATT&T store 😊 A+++++++ give Joel a raise he literally preformed brain surgery on my broken phone !!!!

I just want to say how helpful Zack is at the Middletown, NY ATT location. He has helped me figure out some trouble shooting issues with devices on a few different occasions. He’s the best! Thanks for the help with my kids’ watches today, Zack! You’re a life saver!

The team was very helpful, welcoming and patient with me as I asked many questions! I also got an amazing deal added with extras aside from me buying a phone. Joel & Juan 😆 were so very helpful and very very nice even after I went home I had questions and called the store Joel was still willing to help me figure things out. I highly recommend everyone going to this store if you are considering getting your service changed to AT&T.

Outstanding customer service from the manager, i believe his name was matthew. Had an issue with my bill and he was able to resolve my issue as to why i was over paying, walked out with a new line added to my account since i was going to have a better savings on my bill.

I worked with Dennis. He immediately took ownership of my issue. He saw it through and even identified a possible problem with the ESIM on my iPad. He quickly resolved with a physical SIM and got the iPad the service I needed. He was cordial, knowledgeable and he provided a great customer experience.

I absolutely loved the amount of customer service and courtesy that the sales rep gave to me, she went above and beyond to help me reset my phones and transfer my data, she deserves a major raise.i dont remember her name but she was excellent

Everything is very very excellent. From first minute of my entering to their place. Joel met me and he was very welcome and nice. He understood my unusual request at once. And did everything even better and quick than I thought. By the way English is not my native language but he was so understandable. I use their service for many years and even I moved a little far from this area I used to come back exactly to this place in Middletown because all persons here are very welcoming. Thank you so much
