I don’t usually do this but I got exceptional service from the shift manager Josh. I ordered the whopper meal and it was good but it was the service that blew me away. I went with my 90 year old grandmother because she loves the whopper and unfortunately the drive through was closed. Josh saw my grandmother and helped her inside so she could place her order. He was very attentive and caring for our needs. I can’t say enough about the people at this place if you see Josh please thank him again for me!

I very much enjoy the food. It is better than other fast food establishments. However, the hygiene of the inside appears to not be of utmost importance.

Jennifer, I believe a shift manager, went up and above to make sure everything was corrected after a new employee mishap. (Wrong order and wrong dollar amount) I feel this lady goes above and beyond her job description and title and definitely should get a well deserved raise.

Super fast service. It was lunch and there was a lot of people in line. I figured I was in for a wait but was shocked at how quick I was out the door with my food.

Its the same Burger King fare as all others. This particular site would benefit from some TLC on the outside of bldg. Ate in car, so no comments on inside.

Always love some burgers, quality of the food is always great. French fries are really tasty. The new breakfast wraps was really good, and the hash browns were great. Would highly recommend

There food is always fresh and unlike other fast food restaurants there food looks identical to the commercial! If you have any problems with your food they are always more than willing to accommodate within reason. I have kids so I always admire and look for a clean eating area and they have this everytime I go in. Not to mention there frappe actually tastes like there is coffee in it, which is always a plus!

Food here is actually pretty good! Service is fast, food is hot and fresh. Orders have always been right. Drive thru is smooth.

Associate named Tom at the Herkimer location on 9-14-19, was the most polite and courteous young man I've had wait on me in a VERY long time! He was a pleasure to deal with, to the point that even if the food was bad...I wouldn't have complained because I would have felt bad about it! However, the food WAS good! Hot and fresh and put together correctly by Tom as well, Thank you sir. You deserve a raise!
